I booked my car for a service and asked if I could pay over the phone. I received a money order request but they could NOT issue an invoice confirming that they serviced my car. To me this is against the law, you can not request payment without issuing an invoice and confirming the services. This is totally unacceptable. After many calls to the manager he finally issues me a quote which is not what i was after.

Despite the lack of staff, they still responded with kindness and patience. And find the problem of the car accurately and quickly and complete the task within the promised time. Definitely need to recommend!

Really good service, honest and open.

I brought my vehicle in to address a minor issue, and while the staff seemed friendly, their lack of expertise was evident. Despite my suggestion regarding the issue, they failed to conduct any diagnostics and simply responded with "Fixed." In reality, they had not resolved the problem; instead, they had loosened components and failed to resecure them. This resulted in damage to my car for which they refused to take responsibility. It's disappointing that my second visit to this establishment ended up costing me more in repairs than I had initially paid to address the issues.

I recommend taking photographs of your vehicle both before and after any service. This precaution is essential because the establishment has proven to be untrustworthy and unwilling to admit to their mistakes or take responsibility for them.

$650 for replacement of two front brake pads and rotors... then I had to take it back as the steering wheel was shaking. I'm guessing due to the wheel alignment being off. I wouldn't know as there was no explanation when I picked the car up, no apology for the inconvenience, nothing. This is the second time I've been to mycar West Perth and the second time I've had to take my car back. The first time was earlier in the year for a service and to investigate a noise. They identified and removed the noise but when I picked the car up another noise had appeared! More time taken off work to return the car, no explanation. I gave them a second chance but was let down again. Will be going elsewhere and would advise others to do the same.

Turned a regular service into a nightmare. My car still smells of petrol after having the fuel filter replaced. Took it back twice after service and still not resolved. When I took it back I had to call myself to find out if they found the issue. After the third visit with no resolution I gave up on following up again as it was frustrating me too much.

The treatment with client is good but the service is really poor, I have a problem with my car's alignment, I left my car 3 times to solve the problem and they couldn't find the solution. Technically poor!

Excellent service squeezed us in and went above and beyond to help us the manager there in this shop was wonderful when the technician tried to tell me come back another time the manager stepped in and helped me to make sure I wasn’t in an unsafe car thank you I’ll be back👏

Got told by a larger company that I needed $5000 worth of things needed doing to my car, mycar west perth checked it over and turns out i didn’t need any of the things the previous mechanic told me to get done. Much appreciated would recommend

Friendly upfront and throughout the entire process keeping us informed. Job was done way ahead of time

I had a flat tyre and no spare. It was inflatable sufficient to get me to a couple of tyre places but they couldn’t help for a day or more. I chanced upon mycar and they too were unable to fix it straight away. I went to the servo next door to inflate the tyre and the valve came off so I went back to mycar intending to leave it until it was fixed. The manager said he’d try to fix it asap and would call me when it was ready. To my great delight, he fixed it within a couple of hours. I was even more impressed when he said “no charge, it’s just a valve”! I was blown away by his generosity and booked in for a service the next week. I can’t speak highly enough of the service I experienced and highly recommend mycar in West Perth,

I took the car in for a service at mycar in West Perth and was really impressed with the attention to detail, the prompt call-back to advise what work needed doing, and the fact that I was able to get everything fixed the same day. It doesn't always work like that but it's great when it does. Many thanks to Antony and the team for keeping the little Mazda 2 on the road for a song (just under 300,000 km now!).
