I had an excellent experience with My Car Credit. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially my Car Credit Specialist, (Tara Harrison). She was supportive, attentive, and consistently followed up with both me and the dealer to make sure everything was on track. Whenever I didn’t understand something, she took the time to explain it clearly, which made the whole experience stress-free.

I had been struggling to get finance for my dream car, but within just a few days, they arranged everything for me. Now I’m happily driving my car, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Their customer service is outstanding—they always answer the phone promptly and keep you updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend My Car Credit to anyone who is struggling to secure car finance and wants a reliable, supportive team to help them achieve their goal.

All in all good service, slight mark down as had extremely pushy women calling 5 days after my agreement was in place. She urgently needed to speak to me about important information regarding my finance. I explained I was unable to talk right at that point and she was most insistence that it was very important and would only take a minute.
I again explained that what I was doing was more important to me, and she pushed for a suitable time to call back. I said in a few hours.

Surprise surprise she never phoned back so clearly wasn’t very important at all.

Very off putting, unease at the manner and tone of her.

Quick and simple, although I did have to chase which I found slightly annoying. Apart from that I’d definitely recommend as they answered right away, no hold time.

Overall good experience but only thing is, I had to chase up on a lot of things rather than them keeping me updated! Other than that all good!

The bank is still thinking of offer/% & i already collected car last friday.
Bank % was slightly lower but asking too manny silly things like my tax returns & countries i export goods to??? ID+credit check verifies everything bank needs to know
