Easy to apply online
Easy to apply online. Had a couple of phone calls to introduce who they were and what the services they provid. They also got in touch with the car garage to arrange payment for the car too. This meant I didn't have too process the transfer myself. Just pick up the car from the garage.

Customer service was excellent, full team were always willing to help. Dealt with everything with the dealer very quick and efficiently. Absolutely amazing. Will be using again!!

Good service, but some issues
Staff were helpful and service only took a few days from application to finalisation. However, upon initial application I was quoted an APR of 8.9% 'guaranteed'. The eventual contract was actually 9.9% even though no details had changed. They also passed my details on to a third-party gap insurance firm, who called trying to punt CAP insurance. This, despite marking my preferences for no marketing with My Car Credit.
