Keep getting emails from this company..beware the ad says congrats 2 loan agreements..this is utterly rubbish they are just attempting to get you to fill there forms out. If they had found any agreements why don't they include your name and of course they want a big fee for something you can do yourself very easily..stay clean of claims companies

What an utter waste of time, They have taken literally years to go through theris diesel claim process, pushing themselves as expert on getting money for everyone and asking all sorts of questions.Nothing other than the occasional update.then today ,I get an email, saying they are not covering this any more and to go to the FSA. I am 74, I don't have the time or energy mow to do this but i WOULD have done all those years ago if I had been shown that direction in the first place. I would never use this company for anything in the future

In March 2024 I spoke to this outfit about a car claim and was led to believe that they would get me some compensation within 9 months if I claimed through them. Numerous calls from them and I had to scan everything I had (which was a big agreement) and send to them - which I did. They were so keen to help. Some months later, I have Barings Bank (who investigate on behalf of My Car Finance Claim) wanting access to my bank account at least 3 times and also wanting bank statements. This didn't sit well with me so I requested to stop the claim to which I was told, they would 'fine me' if I did this because of the work they had already put in. What work I ask??? It is now almost August 2025 (some 17 months later) and still no further forward. All correspondence to Barings Bank now goes ignored. I managed to get through to My Car Finance who have basically said "not our problem, we just take the initial application and pass you along'. All calls are monitored apparently, so if somebody from My Car Finance is monitoring reviews, I suggest you please have a listen back to my call on 15 July at 16:23. I would advise anybody not to use this company and avoid, they have no customer service skills and only want the commission should anything come of your claim. It has just been a waste of my time.

Made mistake of speaking to these. Oh my god I'm been harassed. Do not speak to these if you value privacy and time.

Several calls a day. I work in sales so know what it's like but my god these are the worst.

Don't listen, ignore what you say and even when told them to remove me they still call.

Next step will be the FCA

Why would they want all my bank details including PIN

Unbelievably unprofessional with delays from the start then I got deluged with desperate rude staff demanding my financial details. Avoid. They give the impression that they have left it too late a need to grab fees from someone and soon. Not me. Unimpressed.

Best company experience of customer services great also good with helping with documentation very polite spoken agents always willing to make sure everything is done correctly and always giving the right feedback and all the right information in regards to the process of my claim
