Booking an EPC was pretty straight forward. However Stephen who came to the property to perform the EPC was brilliant. He was on time, kind, amiable, an expert, professional, considerate. My appointment was on a Saturday and the paperwork landed in my inbox first thing on Monday morning, with the new EPC registered in the afternoon (I was the delay!). Excellent service, thoroughly recommend the whole process, and Stephen's details will be kept on file for another time.
