That's scam
This is not a UK company. That's scam. They sent me the wrong size and when When I wanted to send it back I had to send ot back to China and I had to pay double of the price of the item. So I couldn't send the item back to claim my refund. It is a dodgy one. DO NOT believe them

The goods were not as expected and way bigger than anticipated so imagine my horror when asked to return to CHINA at my own cost - half the cost of the goods.
The reviews are all five star of the goods on their website, I would guess as the names are similar that they may not be genuine reviews. Two weeks later I cannot see my one star review on the website…

I feel so stupid to think this was a genuine company based in London. £50 out of pocket and like most customers on here unwilling to waste more money shipping back to China. Absolutely shocking. I hope nobody else gets taken in with this con. Buy your bras from M&S. I have even seen better quality soft bras on market stalls for £2 each. Save your money and buy local.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is so shady. Contrary to their website address, they are not based in the UK, the products are shipped directly from China. If you want to return something it takes weeks to get any information from customer service on the returns procedure (they literally take 3 days to respond to an email) , and then they expect you to ship the product back to China, at your own cost! This is not stated on the website clearly. Utterly ludicrous.

Waste of money
I ordered a pack of 3 bras which were supposed to give lift and shape , they are absolute rubbish, they don't do what they say they will , I got in touch to return them for a refund and was given an address in China , it would have cost £19.50 to send them back and as I'd already spent over £42.00 on them I didn't want to risk losing an other £19.50 , I didn't know if they would get there or if I would be given the refund so they were a complete waste of money , I think all the 5 star reviews on this product were a lie , do not buy from this company!!

People need to be aware that on their site they have multiple reviews at 5 stars what you'll see though is the same names repeated over and over again it's a lie and a con. If you contact them to arrange a return in accordance with their published returns policy they will fob you off with promises of wanting to put things right! Try a telephone call - oh, that is a premium number and they take a cut of the telephone charges!
Yes, they do give a return address for your unwanted items, but guess what, it is China! You have to pay postage and you have no idea if they will in fact refund you! So probably not a good idea to send good money after bad! You have been warned!

Their response would suggest that they intended to rectify this matter. Don’t be fooled. I contacted them again.

Update .. Taken so long to even respond to this. What do they expect to achieve ? They told me I had to send the defective items that didn’t work back to China … this response is just to make it look like they aren’t scammers. They are. I wasted money on their rubbish.

Order #21069 was junk that they sent me instead of hair straighteners and they have told me to return them to China EVEN THOUGH ONLY ORDERED FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY HAD A UK E MAIL ADDRESS AND UK ADDRESS.
