I am in the same boat as many who placed an order on the first of December with guaranteed Christmas arrival - however it is December 31st and I have no idea where the order is because the tracking page can no longer be viewed. Last time I checked it finally made it to TX? I was so excited for this present and my 9 year old nephew is stillllll waiting for his Aunties gift - which is so sad! What is being done to offset this for those of us that were guaranteed the delivery and still haven't seen it?

Perfect experience with this company, I ordered two pieces for my wife and I for Christmas and they arrived in time for the Christmas party, we were all happy and satisfied, really quick creation service, congratulations thanks again, happy holidays to everyone
Do not trust the expectations set by this company. I placed an order November 30th for 2 custom brick figures for Christmas presents. I received notice on December 1st that the order would be shipped within 5-8 business days and shipping would take 8-10 business days. When I tracked the order on their website it said the order was supposed to be shipped December 14th. After not receiving a shipment notification the 14th I checked again and the system was updated stating that the order would not be shipped out until January with a delivery date of January 15th! I reached out to the customer support and was told they were out of stock for a certain part which resulted in the delay and offered to split the shipment. I received notice the 21st from the customer that the order would be shipped out within 1-2 business days and received a notification the 24th that the order was shipped but USPS has not yet received a package. Overall I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and I’m unsure I will ever receive my order.

I placed 2 orders with this company- up until 12/24 I can see my shipping, and was able to track the packages -I emailed with an employee previously because they would not arrive on time so I wanted the instructions/image of how they were going to come out to put in a Christmas card-which was given to me without any issues-now I can't see my tracking it say page not found and when I come here to see my order details-it states I never had an order. I have emailed no answer- when before I was emailed back immediately. These are Christmas present, you took the $$ out of my account- I would have loved my product- my child and friends are awaiting a gift that is never coming- I will never order from here again. This is so disappointing because my husband ordered one for me last year and it came with no issue

I ordered 2 custom brick squares from them on December 11 (2024) as presents for Christmas. They stated they will deliver the order before Christmas (12/21-24, latest). Even with the maximum delivery time it was supposed to arrive the week of Christmas. It is December 26th and no sign from them. The last tracking status was that my order was in the US after spending a great deal moving thru China; on the 24th, in Chicago. I checked again today, and now, via website, "the page cannot be found." I tap on the tracking # in my original email, and the same message appears. My Custom Bricks does not answer messages with more than an automated "we will get back to you in 24-48 hours." I've had one reply that I should expect my order w/in 8-9 business days, of which have passed, and still no custom bricks received. At this point I just assume they are a fraud and took my money. Do your research. Maybe best to stay clear of this "company." My niece and nephew have not received their gifts, and now, I'll have to think of another option. Thanks, a lot :(

Stay away from them.
Edit for details, as requested: Order no. OT1077. They came back with an answer after Christmas, that the item is not in stock and will be back in after Jan. 12. They are willing to offer a discount. We will see how it goes. But I am still disappointed. They should have not taken the order if they could not deliver as promised.

This was one of the BEST gift ideas ever! I loved the customization, it was so accurate. I did have one little hiccup of not receiving one of my instruction manuals and the customer service had sent me a link with the digital instructions and solved my issue almost immediately! I was very pleased with their quick responsive team, and impressed with the overall design of my builds! Would recommend to friends or family, perfect gift for any occasion!

I paid the extra fee to be able to see the mockup prior to production. Upon receipt of the first mockup I provided feedback for two corrections. Once "corrected" I received another mockup in which both points were still incorrect. At this point I responded with the same corrections and emailed the direct contact I had. One correction was made and a request for reference image, which i happily provided. After some time with no response I went back to my emails and found production had begun without correcting the last known error.
I have received no help in trying to remedy the situation aside from being told they could cancel and I still have to pay. So now I am stuck with what was supposed to be a great Christmas Present, but is essentially a useless paperweight, and now have to find a replacement gift.

I recently purchased a custom gift from MyCustomBrickFigures.com. The quality of the product is excellent, and the customer service and shipping service were great. My boyfriend and I both love the gift. If you are looking for an excellent custom gift for someone you love, this is definitely an excellent opportunity.
Responsive customer service, imaging looks wonderful on the blocks, and the packaging was beyond secure making the product flawless upon delivery.
The only recommendation I have for bulk orders, or more than 1 at a time might be to either include the image associated with the product code in the receipt of purchase, or detail of contents within to avoid needing to I package and repackage the item. Beyond that, keep your the good work!
The brick figure I ordered is so cute. It looks just like him...shirt and everything. I cant wait to see his face when he opens this gift.
So I found your website through Facebook because I wanted to buy something special for my husband's birthday. I really didn't expect something so great to come! Actually, at first I thought that the lego will be already completed but fortunately my husband LOVES to build stuff so it's perfect. And the figures are so cute and accurate. I already sent the link to my friends because they also liked it as me.
I'm very excited about this purchase for my husband as a Christmas gift! I paid for two extra changes just in case didn't like what the mockups looked like before production. I'm glad I did because I used them to change hair colors and add color for boots. In the first change I only changed my hair color. In the second change I decided to change my husband's hair color because it's lighter than the picture showed and added two color blocks for my boots. During that second change they mistakenly changed my hair back to it's original color. I reached out to Lindsay to share this mistake and ask that they change it back to what I asked the first time with no charge since I didn't request the change the second time. I was worried they were going to charge for a third change but that was not the case. She helped me with no problem and changed the hair back so everything looked like it was supposed to! It looks so cute and I can't wait to gift it!
