Incredibly understanding
They made me feel comfortable, they took their time to understand my situation and what led me to contact them. They were incredibly helpful and went through all of my options with me making sure to cover the pros and cons of each option. I feel like a weight has been lifted after speaking to them and can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel after years of surviving.

I started my iva in January and im still to this date being contacted buy my old creditors as my debt plan failed to inform them I've had money taken from my account freating emails and letters and still being deducted my universal credit loan payments. I've been telling them for mouths on numerous occasions with multiple people that I struggle to understand as there all south Africans calling for a Manchester phone number. I sent loads of emails with all the relevant information only to get a rude response and no help. I also sent a email explaining that I suffer with mental health issues and illnesses and the damage this is coursing me. I have explained this over and over only to be transferred and wait and having to explain again. Im now refusing future payments but the send me a letter saying im in breach when its clearly them as they don't do what they promise and signed for.

What can I say about Dominic ingle…
What can I say about Dominic ingle absolutely fantastic so helpful I have tried to pay what I can for the time been but he has certainly helped me get myself back on track again with my finances. I could not have spoken to anyone better than him he was so friendly and very professional and very clear and helpful with every bit of information he had to give me. Now I feel a lot more relaxed and comfortable and very confident in going forward.

Where do I start
Where do I start .
I applied for a iva through my debt plan to try and control my debt into one due to spotty health . They managed to set up a payment a month . I then lost the last bit of work I had and my health worsened I was unable to make the amount they wanted me to pay a month . So I called and asked for a payment reduction that's where the issues started , can I say your representative hayden asking me if I genuinely can't afford the monthly payments is massively inappropriate when I've already provided the information that I can't to the previous representative spoke to me who stated I would be able to get . There is no communication or following of the fsa rules

My IVA got approved today and I can’t begin to express how thankful I am for my debt plan. I was so nervous calling them asking for help because I’ve been in financial ruin for such a long time, every single person I’ve spoken to has been so lovely and reassuring and made sure I understood everything at every stage. I wouldnt bother with this company
I wouldnt bother with this company. iv been paying debts off my credit score which in fact i already paid in 2023. Taking £125 a month for 12 months and only paying 4 creditors 96p a month becaus the other creditors have not responded! after 12 month the response i got was i cant tell you where the money is going! so where is £121 a month going apparently they have no answer for me

The distribution of funds to creditors is governed by the terms of the IVA, and payments can vary depending on information received from individual creditors. Where a creditor has not yet provided the required information, funds are held within the arrangement rather than simply being lost, and we continue to follow up with creditors.
We understand that this can be frustrating, particularly when you want to see your debts reducing.

Professional throughout..no pressures..
I was at my lowest ever and thought there was no light at the end of a very dark tunnel..I managed to gather myself together and find someone who could help me..I spoke to the most professional person who did not judge me in any way and was so sincere in giving me reassurance throughout my call..One of God's angels..Gave me options on what I could do and let me decide the best way forward..I did not feel pressured at all..I will never be able to say thank you enough times..I truly recommend trying this if you are or is struggling at present time..There is no shame in seeking the best advice when you are at a breaking point..
