have never gotten the mailing label to mail the papers I printed off myself to be filed. Have contacted these guys multiple times with no resolution. Paid the top price to have them serve the papers and still have not gotten any results. Should have just hired a divorce lawyer. Will probably hire a lawyer to sue these guys! DONT USE THEM!!

Don't use this company! I tried to file in North Carolina and they not only gave me the wrong papers, but they told me the cost would be a different amount then the actual cost, and they gave me incorrect information about how to serve my husband his papers. I basically threw away my money on this company and now there is no real way to contact them for a refund. SCAM!!!!

My boyfriend Paul Faires has been calling for weeks and put on hold. No return call or emails. We have sent all the paperwork and waiting to hear when his someday to be ex will be served in Alaska. His old billing email no longer works but he’s emailed you every day from his new email address with zero response. This is not platinum service.

Every time you edit your papers you have to wait another two days because they have to be resubmitted for viewing (which you can expedite to 30 minutes if you pay $$). I've already waited weeks because I thought everything was ready to go and I apparently needed to submit the papers for review which I was never told. So far this has been very annoying.

I am so upset and angry at myself for trusting this site. They ask me to rate them when I have not gotten my papers yet. I have been calling them and have been so upset that I can not even get hold of anyone. I was given a name and ID number and can not get hold of him. Omar ID# 1188. I paid 159.00 which I had to save cause I am low income and to me that money is alot to lose. I am sick to my stomach cause I could have used that money to pay light bill. I still do not have my divorce papers and I can not get hold of anyone . I am so disappointed with this site.

I am not happy with this site. They say that everything is fast and easy. It was not fast nor easy. When I "thought" I was done they needed more answers and I couldn't even get in contact with anyone. terrible service.

Biggest waste of your money you could do starting a divorce. Just go to your local court and they'll have FREE services to help you out. I even did platinum service with this site and all they did was mail the divorce papers to my ex which isn't even a valid way of serving them in California. I just wish I could get my money back. They were of no use at all.

Paid online, completed forms within several days, obtained notice that for rushing the process it would cost me more, and was informed online that the review process would take 3-5 days, It's been several months waiting.

Smooth process with their help. I would recommend them over an expensive attorney. However, double check the quit claim deed form accepted by your county of residence before buying theirs. My county didn't accept it and I had to pay for the correct one on another site.

I gratefully give this company a 5 star rating. The process of divorce is a very stressful experience on its own. I'm giving a 4 stars not because of the service but because of office hours. but in overall they are prompt on replies and very much to the point needed. I have requested a couple of replies were i had issues and they were prompt on helping out, they also break it down for you so you can follow procedure easily. thank you for everything.

So far horrible!!!!! I keep thinking they would help me because of the money for services that may or may not happen. my login is the most generic steps and guidelines. Well I don't care what everybody else needs to know about their case. I just wanted help with my case. I want to back out but they have changed me for my forms, an expedited service that took almost two weeks from when they charged me. Then I was so flustered trying to figure it out that I said ---- it. let me just pay for the platinum package. Well that has come out of my account but nothing has changed. Where were these ratings when all I seen were good ones???????????????

***Edited: after a long process of emails and frustration I got a refund for the service mistakes. I feel as though it was the reps fault not the company itself. Make sure your rep is reliable and things may turn out better for you!

These idiots never served the papers to my ex and still sent them to court. Of course they got rejected, sent back and subsequently screwed up 4 separate times. The guy working my case lost the money order I had to send in (which they gave me the wrong amount to pay) took OVER A MONTH to respond to emails and charged me $460.00 for their "platinum package" After all the mix ups they claim that the statute of the case voids a refund, but judging by the grammar in the emails and the responses on this very page I don't think they know what the word statute means. The good news? My lawyer laughed when he saw this and said they would get buried in court because THEY CAUSE THE STATUTE TO EXPIRE. Class action lawsuit anyone? I've contacted the BBB and FCA, let's give back to a terrible company! Oh and notice there is no case number? THEY NEVER GAVE ME ONE!

whatever you do don't use this website. they will cheat you out of your money and not do any work for you. they never answer the number given and do not answer the online questions I sent either
