Horrible Experience...

I have waited the time period that was stated in order to receive the documents, as I was not (thankfully) going to pay for the expedited process. And to still not have the documents? Way to make an already stressful situation worse.

Because they want me to rate a service that I have not yet fully used yet!

i do not recommend it at all, they took money from my account without authorization they give you a membership that even you are not aware that you are paying month after month when he called to claim they tell me they will not return my money, because nothing is refundable.
finally today 08/29/2018, after 3 months i´m still waiting to divorce but the whole package of $300 did not work for me in the court.

I have been dealing with this company since June. I was never able to speak with someone on the phone-- finally reached via email. They "unlocked" my account (after paying $450 and having to show proof!!).
I was never able to actually able to get into my account, even after emailing back.
Today has been the last straw. I was told that I have to pay another 24.95 to get into my account (again, via email)... also told very rudely, that I should have read the terms and conditions. I have asked for a full refund, since at this point, it would just be easier for me to do this divorce myself. They have stopped responding to me.
It was a really tough decision to file, and thanks to this company, they have doubled my stress level and I'm out the $450 that I paid them upfront
If you are considering this company, please do your due dilligence with this company. I thought I had, but alas, no.

A complete waste of time and money. I expected some amount of human review in the process but this is a 100% automated form dump just like the others, only at three times the price. There are cheaper ways to fill out these same forms where you don't have to pay monthly to access them. My final product had blanks where information and important child support numbers were left empty. Stay far away from this company and it's other faces online.

If I could give this site a minus 10 I would. I started this process the first week of August. Because of all of their ads that pop-up, I had completed my forms but didn't hit the tiny almost hidden submit button. The size of the ad? Almost the whole page. I emailed and tried chatting this company and finally realized on my own that I didn't hit the submit button. Then I got my forms and the questionnaire they provide does NOT fill in all questions on the forms. Also I was only given the divorce forms initially even though I purchased two other sets of forms. These other forms did NOT show up until my divorce forms did. Many important questions left without answers. So I took a half a day from work today to talk to these people on the phone. I have now been waiting an hour and a half for their "call back" because they are too busy to take my call. No wonder. They say on their message when you call how amazing they are and that they have been providing this "service" for 16 years. It certainly doesn't show. I better get a callback before they close today! Unbelievably poor service. I was given the name of a supervisor but I couldn't get a human being on the line to transfer me. Good luck if you choose this company.

Update....

I called the company again that afternoon, but instead of pressing 1, as advised in an email by a supervisor (Jose), I pressed prompt 2, and was connected to a person.

I called back because even though I put my number in for a callback, no one called me back after two hours. I spoke to Mani. Mani spoke to his supervisor about my concerns over the unchecked boxes. He told me if something wasn't checked it was because it didn't need to be. I was not and am not sure that is correct. I politely tried to push back on this answer as I don't think it is right. Mani proceeded to keep repeating the same verbiage. I told him I suspected he was just reading from a script (to get me off the phone.) He was successful. I hung up in frustration.

I received an email later in the day that made me question the information Mani provided even more. The email representative of the company said they could "manually" make updates if something was missing; so now I had two conflicting pieces of information from two different representatives (three including the supervisor) of the same company.

So if you see the company's statement saying they called they did, but when I called them and spoke to a person they were not helpful. I told Mani that I would take his advice (legal advice?) to print the forms out and just use them and not worry if something isn't checked.

They also sold me a QDRO I didn't even need. I would like a refund for that. They also had pop-ups trying to get me to buy counseling for married people with minor children which I clearly stated on the form I don't have.

Sorry guys... still a minus 10. You said to call in so you could help me, I did, and you didn't.

Not at ALL satisfied! I submitted my answers for review. Waited for an email saying they were ready. Nothing! I log back into my account. It had been more than 30 days so had to pay an additional $25? What a crock of CRAP! I went ahead and paid it and now they're saying they need to review it again? It will take 3-5 business days unless I want to pay an additional $125 for rush??? Complete Bullcrap! BEWARE of theses SCAMMERS!

This product is riddled with landmines. hidden in the TOS is $20 they can charge you anytime because they have videos. The product walks you though page by page and every few pages depending on what you pick. One of the landmines tried to get me to pay for something I already purchased. Another popped up and said we will file for you just pay another 500 bucks even yet another wanted 160 bucks for a parenting class more than 320 if I got it for the wife too. Then you go through page by page realizing this is a money pit designed to cost you thousands and still you wont get legal advise and you might still get surprise charges on your card whenever they feel like it.
I went through page by page looking for opportunities to tailor my divorce to what i needed and wanted only to come to the biggest landmine of all saying hey great pay us 200 bucks and you can see it in 30 minutes or wait 3 days! their customer service doesn't exist on the weekends.
I asked by email for a refund within a few hours of purchasing the product realizing it is too go to be true. Jose replied within an hour and it was obvious he wasn't going to give it to me. Later I get an email saying hey great you have finished your questionnaire but you left some of the questions blank. WHAT? I finished but, i haven't finished that is how they scam you once you hit that last button they have your money. They have the refund policy in more than one place and it is different in both places. They have customer service and hidden somewhere else. Jose and his crew won't tell you anything up front. Shady buisiness practices in my opinion.

you are charging people for forms that are free to the public

Very easy to understand and answer the Questions. For someone like myself that heats paperwork this fast and easy.

initially the service was fine. However the documentation was not accepted by Florida. The alimony portion of the filing was removed from the printout.

In trying to reach the company to resolve this issue I was consistently put on extended holds with the smooth jazz elevator music creating a brain worm.

Followup: They did reach out to me allowing the paperwork to be regenerated. This lasted only one day however. I ended up doing the one form manually from a free printout from the courthouse website.

Still waiting on everything. I like that they walk you through everything but all the extra fees just to get a download is ridiculous! I just called a lawyer and I hope I get all the information need I is sent to me.... so someone can actually help me. I trusted this website because it was the most expensive on the internet. Dont look like a fool just go with a cheaper divorce lawyer, TAKES WAYYYY TO LONG!!!!!! WHAT IF HE FILED BEFORE ME>>>>> I HAD TO CLICK ON A INK TO finalize IT!!!!

charge my money without giving me any service. At first, they ask me two questions to see if I Qualify for their service or not. I was chosen NO ( mean I don’t know where my wife lives. They let me approve without any notice that the service will not work for my case. Then someone from their service contacts me with the same question. again I gave them the same answer. then the lady was told me that their paper won’t work for me ( if both of you do not have an agreement we are not going to be able to help you out). Also, their guaranty is 2 day for process and send me the form, However it has been about a week 7/27/2018 - 8/6/2018 without sending me the form. when i ask for the refund their was told me that the service fee no longer eligible to be refunded.

I would give them zero stars if it was an option. They are a SCAM! BEWARE: I have contacted them over and over on what it was I needed to do and all I have ever gotten was the run around while they took my money Money I did not really have as I am disabled. They have also done an unauthorized charge on a credit card that is not mine and cannot figure out how to dispute it. I cannot use the papers I paid for therefore nor can I use the platinum package that I had to pay for afterward to get things done right or so I thought. They take your money give you some messed up papers that you don't understand and then find out oh they can do all that for you if you pay for the platinum package so it is hassle free. WRONG! So they have gotten me for almost 500 dollars without any divorce in sight. So now what? Are they going to keep charging a credit card that only had a one time permission to use? I want my money back but as I can see with other reviews of this horrible company is not going to happen but they better put the money back on the credit card. I did NOT authorize a charge on this card! I will not give this company any more money. I'm losing so much money and for nothing. Stop charging me money for a divorce you can not file that I paid you to file!!!!

This company has taken hundred's of dollars from my account and continue to charge me despite my cancellation. This is cumbersome and confusing process and they will continue to charge you. Their customer service is exceptionally poor. I requested at the very least a partial refund to which they replied send us an email. To whom? Where? It is on our site send us an email. I was not able to complete what they had requested of me since it does not appear to exist.

Do yourself a favor, find a local, experienced paralegal to complete your divorce documents. This cost me LESS than mydivorcepapers.com and was done properly with no questions asked by the court. The paralegal will charge a flat rate so you will not wake up each month to new charges as with this unethical and thieving company. Please save yourself the money. Divorce is difficult enough, you don't need to lose more money by wasting it on this company.

Company continues to charge my card months after my divorce was finalized even though FULL payment was made prior to ever being able to print out forms. While the service was simple enough to get through and the customer service was decent, I do NOT wish to continue to pay for something that I have already paid for and completed.
