I had a query about my gas detector, they were very quick to solve the problem by sending out a replacement thank you, highly recommend them A+++++

After a couple of attempts, Nadeem got back to me to kindly offer me a replacement handset for my motion sensor . I have therefore changed my score from negative to positive for this helpful company

Took a bit of time getting here, but got here eventually. Delivery may have been impacted by the festive period. The unit supplied is very good and I’m happy with it.

This company were super fast after my email re spare parts. Their communication and response to me were 5 star.
This is what companies were like in times gone by. If only others could take their lead in customer service.

I love this product. It switches on via the light switch and switches off in the middle of the night and it acts as sort of burglar proof that someone is in. When I come home in winter the light switch has come on so the house is not in darkness.
I’ve had one for over 4 years and just bought a new one.

Sorry to give a low star review but CS leaves a bit to be desired.
I purchased a number of the small 10 year smoke alarms Mydome sell. Really neat and unobtrusive but one, after about two years, started indicating low battery.
I emailed (twice, about two weeks apart) and never had any reply which was a bit disappointing. Not that expensive an item and maybe outside warranty but odd really as other people seem to have had good CS experiences

This is my second purchase for another light position.
The 1st has worked perfectly for the last couple of years and hence my reason to choose the same product.

I have used Mydome light switchs for many years and have found that they are far better than I could have hoped for.
Customer service is excellent, quick to respond and helpful.

In February 2022 I purchased a Mydome Driveway Alarm and from day 1 it was perfect and doing what it was supposed to do.
In late October 2023 the receiver developed a speaker fault which I reported to Mydome and they very promptly replaced it.
Fantastic service and great little product.
Highly recommend it.

The customer service has been good. Although delivery was slightly delayed this was due to Royal Mail rather than mydome. Also very happy with the automatic light switch.

Have had problems with at least one intruder coming into my back garden. I therefore decided to install sensors for both the back and front gardens. Having reviewed the options available, I decided that the MyDome Driveway And Intruder Alert sensors were perfect for the job and reasonably priced. They were easy to set up, with the sensors already paired with the accompanying receiver. The default alarm tone was Ding Dong, which was fine for the front. So just had to change the sound for the rear, then install them in place.
The rear sensor has hardly gone off since. The red flash on the sensor is probably enough to warn an intruder off before they actually get over the top of the fence. Word gets around.
The front sensor is very useful for alerting when deliveries have turn up.
Am I happy with MyDome? Yes, very, nothing can beat peace of mind especially in the season of dark nights.

The mydome light programme actually keeps tripping my lights fuse on my main consumer unit, it happens on a couple of the entered programme times - it’s now happened three nights in a row all at same time , so I have to remove this devise - sorry 1 star is all I can give

Excellent service. My IT skills not that good but they helped me through and I accidentally paid postage, which was refunded to me before order left them. Already have one of these light control switches for when you are away. They're so good we are ordering another 3.

Simply excellent customer service. As Royal Mail had failed to deliver our order I contacted MyDome to let them know. I received a reply within minutes stating that they would follow up with Royal Mail immediately. The next day our item arrived.
