Purchased from amazon item went faulty after 3 months, it now turns out i got a False replacement promise, reported March 4th, paid for replacement postage told a replacement will be available in june, June 17th no replacement arrived, email sent June 17th no response, it's now July 2nd still no response, I will also be making an official complaint to relevant authorities for fraud and Amazon, by at your own peril

i contacted mydome by email at 9pm 25/06/24 about a problem i have with the mydome lightswitch timer , its not a fault ive mislaid some parts that are supplied as part of the kit when you buy them , by 10 20 am i had a reply and my problem was sorted . The light switches are excellent and have never let me down and it was refreshing to note the speed and efficiency of the response to my query , thank you and well done MYDOME

Email regarding delivery delay, Royal mail fault, replied to promptly and sorted swiftly. Product now fitted and working. A great service with all products ordered working well and easy fit.

Item itself seems great, just seems that original wall light switch seating not flat/too deeply set.

Sunday night I emailed attaching a photo of my light switch to ask if it would be suitable for the light switch timer. I received a reply on Monday at 8.27 am. So the response couldn't have been quicker.

I had a query about availability of an extra sensor. Got no response after filling in the online enquiry form, but we often get channelled into 'spam' for some reason. Sent the same query by email one evening and received a response at 9:18 the next morning. The advice they gave me was excellent. Well done mydome.

Thanks Oliver for your speedy reply to my query regarding Err message received on my LST001 Timer switch.
This item was purchased about 10 years ago so is well out of warranty! I have another switch purchased around the same time, at a fair held at the NEC, which is still working well. I will buy a replacement switch soon.

As a business with security at a premium, our demands or high. We have dealt with Mydome for a number of years and purchased a number of products..With this latest purchase there was a slight problem which was dealt with in the most satisfactory manner by the staff of Mydome.. !st class company. In these days of appalling customer care, often with major big-name companies it is refreshing to find a company so helpful.
My several years old light switch timer became faulty. The lugs that hold the switch actuating wheel broke off.
I sent an enquiry email to find if parts were available and if so at what cost. I quickly received a reply stating that a replacement part be sent out free of charge.
As others have stated this is a company that deserves first class recommendation.

We have a My Dome driveway sensor alarm - it’s fantastic and has a very good range. It certainly alerts us when someone enters our driveway at the side of our house. What a fantastic company too, we had a slight issue with our unit today and straight away they replied to my email and everything was sorted very quickly-thank you My Dome

I contacted mydome to report a fault with a sensor and they replied within half an hour and immediately offered to send me a replacement sensor. Very rare these days to deal with such a professional and helpful business! Thank you Oliver!

I had a problem with my receiver and contacted the company. The very next day I had a response and apology as well as offering to send two new receivers. Not many companies like this.

Quality product that does what it says and reasonable value

We have their Light Switchers, which have proven to be excellent and provide reassurance that our house looks occupied when we are away. Their product support is swift and very helpful.

Answered my questions promptly and in full.

I had a warranty fault with the driveway alarm sensor. I emailed the support and received prompt assistance in diagnosing the problem and received a replacement unit.

I needed replacement rollers for my Light Switch Timer & was offered them free of charge under the lifetime support. Can't expect better than that!

This is the second switch unit purchased and thus I consider it a useful security adjunct. Royal Mail were dilatroy with delivery but the Company was punctual and reassuring in its response, once I alerted them.
