I purchased a TV simulator after a recommendation from a friend. I didn’t know they existed. Great idea. I would suggest buying direct from mydome, I didn’t know where to go and ended up paying double on Amazon.

We had been very pleased with our Mydome Driveway Sensor & Receiver until recently when it failed.
Having registered the original product, Nadeem in the Customer Services Dept. was quick to react, that responsibility and arrange a replacement. For that service its 5 stars but can only give four as the original unit failed.

I bought the security timer for my light switch back in 2017, it has been fantastic and a great comfort when the lights are on coming into a dark hall. Sadly I lost the cradle during some house renovations, so I contacted mydome to see if I can just replace the cradle, I am pleased to say that they will do that so I can get back up and running.

I ordered two of the MyDome driveway sensors and when I unpacked and installed them (which was incredibly easy) I discovered one sensor only maintained contact with the base unit/sounder if the ranges were incredibly short. So I contacted My Dome support who, the very same day, shipped a replacement unit to me. This is amazing service in this day and age! Furthermore, the units are excellent and way more robust and reliable than other brands I have unfortunately tried beforehand.

one of 3 alarms ordered had suffered a knock in postage. replaced with a new one straight away. very easy to deal with.

I ordered a doorbell and a couple of outdoor sensors for my property. I was a little sceptical as the product was so inexpensive, that they would not work as well as I'd hoped. Not the case at all, they are great. I have a large plot and so the driveway sensor is quite a distance from the house. I have two chimers, one in the house and one in the office, which are both doing a great job of picking up the front door bell and the driveway sensors, despite the fact that the signal is having to penetrate some pretty hefty granite walls and some modern double glazing. First impressions excellent. Time will tell if they stand up to the harsh Scottish weather long term. Fingers crossed!

After saying they posted me a replacement, I still haven't received it . wrote 10 days ago , still saying it's on its way .

I have 2 of the MyDome smoke detectors and they are very good with a 10 year life. Their small size means they are unobtrusive and can easily be positioned anywhere in the house. I also have 4 of their security timer switches which are brilliant. Their support team are very efficient and rapidly answer any queries. Thoroughly recommend this company

The Wireless Driveway Alarm has worked on and off over the year. I purchased it in September 2021.
However, in November it stopped working after a few weeks of incorrect activations I unplugged it and since then I have been trying to get some help by calling the company on 02036370856 only to be meet with the promise of a call back, which has not materialised yet.
I have the receipt for the purchase.
I have called many times.
All I am asking for is some technical help to get the system working again please.

This is a great little unit. After about 2 weeks I did have an issue with the base unit but customer support responded, quickly and knowledgeably and resolved my issue. Thank you.

I purchased a smoke alarm from Amazon Prime in February 2022, it is a sealed non replaceable battery which is supposed to last ten years. By November the all too familiar 'chirp' sound began indicating the battery was needing replacing. I filled out the online form and added proof of purchase, this failed to send constantly and then when I called the helpline within the time and weekday stipulated, no one answered. Poor Poor Poor service all round.

the kits work as described and so far customer service has been excellent. mydome have gone above and beyond in sorting out a small issue i had. i would highly recommend them to friends and family

Driveway alarm. ‘Mydome’ gives excellent customer service which is rare these days. I purchased a base unit and two sensors, one for the front driveway and one at the rear of my property. They work brilliantly, a different tone set for each, letting me know if someone is approaching the house. An issue developed with my base unit and so I emailed the seller. It was a few weeks until the same model was in stock but received it in the post, along with a complimentary doorbell. Their communication is very good and they seem intent on building a happy customer base. I would have no hesitation in buying products from this company again. 5 Stars from me. 👍🏻

I have just installed the driveway alarm with a third sensor. I got to tell you it really works very well. I can silence it through the day and set the chime at night. Confident should anybody approach I will know. Great product.

I sent for and received the double sensor system and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. I also sent an email to Customer Services to enquire if it was possible to add extra receivers and again I had a very prompt and helpful reply.
After unboxing the sensors and receiver I then followed the simple set up guide and programmed individual alerts for each one. Everything worked fine so I then introduced a timer and now the whole system in in place, all working perfectly even though I live in a cottage bungalow with thick stone walls.
Within the next week I shall introduce another sensor and receiver.
This is remarkable affordable and most certainly easy to install.
The customer service is quick to respond, very helpful and polite.
Highly recommended.
