My experience with Mydressline has been phenomenal to say the least. I was looking for a dress for my fiancé for our wedding. I liked a dress and ordered it but I was not in stock. I was assured that it would be expedited delivered to India free of cost before the wedding. Over 1.5 months, Inessa took every possible measure to make sure that the dress would reach on time. The dress was ready before time and she fedexed overnight to me so that I don’t miss taking it with me on my flight. It eventually did before time and I received it in California itself. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend ordering your special day dresses from Mydressline.

They have great selection of beautiful dresses and a great customer service. Definitely planning to go back for my next event.

Worse experience from an online retailer ever. I urge you to steer clear of this site. The owner is extremely unprofessional and rude. My dress was not shipped via the expedited method I paid for. When I asked for a refund she became hostile and said she would cancel the order. All this over $15. Then after SHE initiated the cancellation, she refused to refund me immediately. There are so many reputable sites out there selling the same thing. Save yourself the money and hassle and buy from someone else. NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS!

Honestly the company’s customer service and the website itself deserves more than five stars! I’m always scared to order online, especially, evening gowns. To my great delight, this company delivered a five-star experience! Because I needed the dress right away, I ordered it and paid for overnight shipping. From the time I placed the order and told them I needed overnight shipping, to the followup with tracking and final delivery, communication with this seller was excellent. The quality was great, just as pictured in the website. They have a large selection of dresses in all price ranges. Definitely will come back for future purchases.

Horrible experience. I specifically asked them about the dress sizing to make sure I order the correct size. They told me the dress runs true to size so I ordered the dress that fit my waistline of 30”. The dress arrives and the waistband is 34”. The entire dress is massive. The measurements of this dress correspond with the Mac Duggal size chart of a size 10/12. Not a size 8

You are putting your trust that they know the sizing of the dresses that they sell as they have a no refund policy, you either pay them a “insurance fee” or you get stuck with a credit for a poor fitted dress after they lied about sizing.

They also “threatened” me for posting this review.

“You are now placed on a black list of customers in over 400,000 stores, thank you for the great review”

I replied that my review was a honest review and their response was

“As if I care about your “honest” reviews. Will be taken down anyway :)“

I am not a competitor posting a fake review as they accuse all the negative reviewers.

I would not recommend this company at all.

If I could give more than five stars I would! I was a bit nervous ordering something of this nature online with a company I was unfamiliar with but I did my research on places like the BBB and scam sites as well as looking at the reviews on this site as well as other sites and it appeared this was a company with over 20 years of business so I crossed my fingers and prayed! Well to my extreme satisfaction this company delivered a five star experience and then some! I ordered my dress and paid for overnight shipping because I needed the dress soon. After which I received an email that IF it was in stock it would be overnighted to me, if not it would be sent when it arrived to their shop. I got nervous and contacted them and received a very quick response - like ten minutes later and they told me if they didn’t have it in stock and it was not in by the time I needed it they would cancel and refund me! A couple hours after that I was contacted again to assure me it was in stock and would be promptly overnighted to me, this was in the evening. Because it was later in the day, I received it two days later as expected! Dress was exactly as expected as I tried one on at a local shop (who by the way couldn’t have a dress to me until well over a month later!). This company is highly recommended by me. I’ll definitely purchase from them again should I ever need formal wear as well as recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a very bad experience with this website...I’ve ordered a dress from Feriani couture and I’ve sent them my measures and she recommended size 20 , I paid for express courier, the dress came super huge, I had doubts about this dress, i think it is fake from the quality of the finishing and only 1 poor tag with size on it and name of designer nothing about where it’s made or type of fabric or how to look after it, so so cheap..
I’ve requested to return it and get another dress from their selection, but she refused and said that I have to get from the same designer only, and exchange size only...and offered me the same model but smaller size, which she recommended size 16 ( 2 sizes down )... I’ve sent it back and requested to be sent to me by their free international courier ( as I’ve spent more than $1100 AUD already) but she asked me to pay $50 USD after negotiations..the dress size 16 came almost identical to the original dress size 20, huge , I think she just altered size 20 a bit and send it to me. I’ve contacted my dress online hoping she can organize a refund but she refused of course and she said they don’t do refund.. I have a screen shot from her website stating “ return options available“..when I asked her about that she said” it’s not applicable “.
From my experience, I believe they sell copies from the original, Also the measures chart on their website had nothing to do with the actual dress that came...The whole experience with this website is full of misleading information and I regret that my luck led me to this website....
I highly advise everyone to be careful and don’t trust them..

For over 15 years all my dresses i buy from them. They have the most amazing gowns that you can imagine. Love the owner, very helpful especially with picky customers as myself, finding the dresses of my dreams. I moved to New York couple of years ago and couldn’t come to Los Angeles to buy my gowns. Online is very convenient, the shipping is very fast. Even if i cant find what dress i want , one call to the owner and she makes impossible to possible.
