Just brought my first batch of soursop teabags, after my friend recommended this website ,service was great ,arrived fast and packaged very well , the taste is lovely and refreshing and with great benefits, will defo be ordering more and exploring some of their great fruits , time to give myself healthy options and cut out the rubbish sweets , I would rather spend at exotic fruit and get good benefits in future, now time for a nice cuppa of soursop I think 😊

Excellent service
Excellent service although one of the fruits I ordered was unavailable due to stockist which is completely understandable, the customer service received was fantastic. They reached out right away, and kept me updated, and offered great alternatives. It’s rare to see a company handle situations so professionally and with such care for their customers.My order came well packaged and fresh without any spoilage. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them to others.

Not leading at all!
Wow My Exotic Fruit were so so disappointing on a number of fronts. Stock outs, faulty stock, supply chain issues, poor communications, missed special meal for my wife and they had my monies for nearly 4 weeks. Now actioned a full refund and placed me on the list for next year!!
Not sure how they can class themselves as a leading supplier - and I only ordered Jersey Royals !

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. They do not dispatch items in time. You have to send them a message to chase. Secondly they only send half of orders when you ask for a refund they ignore the late delivery of my item being sent a refused to action a refund.

My only criticism is we live in Beaconsfield,,not far from Northwood, but not within a London postal area, it took convincing for the order acceptance. Perhaps the corridor to High Wycombe should be included.

5 Stars Because 6 Stars Isn't An Option
Ordering from myexoticfruit.com is the closest I’ve come to international travel without needing sunscreen or a passport.
The cherimoya was like a custard apple that went to finishing school—sweet, smooth, and unnervingly elegant.
The lychees came in like nature’s candy: pearly, perfumed, and slightly dangerous if you're not ready for the sheer juiciness. One bite and I was transported to the tropics.
And soursop? Oh, soursop. What even is this goodness? It's like a pineapple, strawberry, and coconut had an existential crisis—and then turned into the most refreshing fruit smoothie of your life. It looks like a medieval weapon but tastes like a vacation.
Shipping was fast, everything was ripe (but not too ripe), and I now understand why pirates risked scurvy for this stuff. Everything arrives fresh, well-packed, and ready to blow your taste buds’ minds.
Highly recommend.

100% reccomend
When site is very easy to navigate, communication is excellent. The fruit was delivered in a very well packaged box with no damage at all to the fruit. There were a few almost ripe fruit and others that were not, which is perfect for me as they will ripen and I will not get any waste. Overall the price is good considering the effort involved in obtaining these and the current financial situation we are all in.

small exotic fruit gift box - BIG joy
I bought a small exotic fruit gift box and was so impressed with what arrived. The box was incredibly fragrant as I opened it and it was full of a huge selection of fruits. They were all of excellent quality and bursting with sunny sweetness. Nice touch to add cards with the names of all the different fruits. I would highly recommend this as a gift.

I ordered two dragon fruits-yellow and red.For the yellow I paid almost £6.Fruitless came not fresh,dry,and not even 200g.I asked for refund,and was refunded £1.25 for the dry fruit.I would never ever will buy fruit from hier again.Fruits is very expensive,and the delivery is not cheap to.To pay for all that and receive fruit,that you can not eat,is ridiculous,and to get refund only £1.25 from £6 of the amount I paid,is very unfair.

We are very sorry to read that you were not satisfied with the refund relating to pro-rata shortfall in the size of the Pitahaya yellow dragon fruit your received.
Unfortunately, the items being sent to us are all of a smaller size than usual, probably due to the season and climate.
We always aim to resolve any customer query to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. In this instance, we did ask for photographic evidence of the flesh of the fruit to determine if it was too dry to eat. In this case, it was not forthcoming.
As our website states: the Yellow pitahaya are ripe when easy to peel and the spines begin to dry out.
Slice down the middle and scoop the flesh out of each half.
In addition: yellow pitahaya are in appearance very similar to other dragon fruit varieties, although they are usually slightly smaller than red and pink dragon fruits.
It was disappointing to read your review, whilst we were still in the process of investigating to a satisfactory outcome.
Upon receipt of further photographic evidence, we are more than happy to replace it, or offer you compensation should this prove it was too dry and inedible.
