I bought a medium exotic mixed box as a gift and I am very pleased with what they received. A wonderful wide array of fruits of different size and types with some popular favourites like mangosteen and longan and melon, all identifiable with a written list. I must try one for myself sometime!

Great selection of fruit. All came fresh and very nicely packed, which is great.

I have purchased a significant number of fruits from this company over a period of time, I am pleased this option to purchase exotic fruit is offered.
Unfortunately, what lets the business down is the very poor communication and time to respond by email and/or telephone to basic enquiries. I note in one of the reviews similar concerns was raised dated the 14 February 2025 with a response from the Managing Director stating that in the event a call is missed, it is the firm’s policy to return the call.
I raised an issue by responding to an SMS from the business, I replied by SMS on the 13 February 2025 at 19:12 and received no response, furthermore I contacted the business at 14:47 on the 24 February 2025 and left a message by voicemail to which I received no response. I left another voicemail today (25 February 2025) at 10:21 and to date I have still not received any response.
I would respectfully urge as matter of urgency to improve communication with customers as the service in terms of communication falls below a reasonable standard.

Really great choice of fruit. Very varied. Cheaper than other companies too. They actually list what's in the box which helps. Other companies don't. Plenty of choice for everyone

My Exotic Fruit company is the best company of its kind selling exotic fruit ang vegetables of any in the UK. Period. So far I have bought from these great suppliers of exotic fruit and veg lulo fruit, granadillas - a type of large passion fruit that I first tasted in Madeira a couple of years back and couldn’t find in supermarkets UK and burro bananas. All have been splendid. Going to move on and try some of the exotic vegetables on offer. The site is packed with a rainbow of colours. A fruit or veg to suit any and every occasion. Maybe next it will be blood oranges for me as they are in season. 99% of the world has to offer and they are working hard to secure the 1% wr can’t get here. One of the few things I haven’t seen on the site is finger limes native to Australasia. Now that would be a real treat. I give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. One word. Outstanding. Second to none. That’s 4 words but they deserve it! Thank you My Exotic Fruit for fulfilling all my fruit and veg fantasies!

Overpriced fruits that are shipped frozen and are not well packed.

I received the most delicious, sweet, tropical fruits of the best quality from My Exotic Fruit. The mangoes were a hit for myself and my children. The durian was especially delicious! I will most definitely be ordering again soon :)

I LOVE, LOVEEEEEE, MY EXOTIC FRUITS!!!!! I had been craving for Bahri dates for the longest of time and could not find them anywhere until I came across my exotic fruits’ website and decided to order from them. I was worried that my package would not get delivered or that the website was a scam as I have been previously scammed by others BUT MY EXOTIC FRUITS DID NOT DISAPPOINT ME!! I’m so so so excited by everything from receiving the fruits and the delivery time. It was super quick. Took less than 2 days. Thank you very much, my exotic fruits for making my dayyy!!! ❤️

I don't usually do a review unless asked. But I wanted to share my experience with this newly found exotic fruit company. My order came this morning. I was both ecstatic and pleasantly surprised of the professionalism and care, with attention to detail my order was delivered.
Fruits this fragile need a special tender care to them, to keep them undamaged. Even the yam, with a slight bruising and we have rot that sets in.
My order came well wrapped in individual cases, with good amount of padding. Super impressed. I've ordered fruits and yam before, always came damaged or rotten. But these came fresh. Yes the Sharon fruit, and may others ripple overtime. Anyone who is familiar with exotic fruits know that you buy them u ripened and they will ripen overtime, otherwise, buying them ripened will see to it that the fruit becomes rotten on delivery. So, if one wants ripened fruits buy directly from shop.

Overall, an excellent company, producing excellent food. Not sure if any are organic however, it would be interesting if the farmers use pesticides. Usually, indonesia and Africa they are grown organically. But if there is a corporate business behind this, then it won't be organic. Another question I ask, is it Gmo, since everything else is (almost). It's my first time buying. I will gauge myself overtime. Or if the company would like to enlighten us?

I ordered some bergamots to make marmalade as the ones I grow were not yet ripe. Ordering process on line is clear and easy and communication was good regarding order acknowledgement and dispatch date.
The fruit were ripe, very well packaged and delivered on the specified day. Will certainly use this company again.

Wow I was so pleased when I opened the box of my exotic fruit. Passion fruit, mango soursop and papaya. The attention to detail in the care and packaging is seconded to none.
Absolutely delighted not one bit of damage to any fruit. The passion fruit tastes out of this world so fresh and well worth the money. Do not hesitate to buy from this company the products and customers service is wonderful. Special thank to Nicky your doing amazing never change .

I would like to say a BIG thank you the My Exotic Fruit team for making mine and my families Christmas oh so special! From enquires to delivery, both customer service and fruit quality was on point. I surprised my whole family with a cacao pod each to try, which I was told they were the highlight of everyone's Christmas. I got in contact to enquire about delivery as close to Christmas as possible to ensure freshness. Sarah did not disappoint! She made sure the fruits came exactly when expected and the produce was perfectly ripe. We sat together as we tried the fruit, the reaction process was very interesting and exciting. The fruit has a surprisingly delicious flavour, reminds me of mangos and passion fruit. We then fermented, collected the cacao beans and roasted them. We all thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, and we now have cacao beans and powders to create the most delicious dark hot chocolate. Each family member then asked me for the details so that they could order more and try some new fruit, success!.. Thank you so much again to Sarah and the team for creating a very magical Christmas for our family.

Have bought Soursop from here numerous times in 2024, excellent quality and fast delivery, will be using all through 2025 too!

I've ordered from My Exotic Fruit a few times now and have never had a problem. The items have arrived on time and in great condition on the day of delivery. The fruits taste amazing it's just like being back on holiday.

I paid £19 for 1kg of Soursop and was really shocked to see only 2 fruits in the box. I thought 1kg would at least equate to a few more...other than that I’m happy
