Clear and concise website. Easy to navigate and fabric pictures are very clear. I didn't realise it was being shipped from Germany however so I found delivery was long.

The fabric I received was perfect for…
The fabric I received was perfect for making garden cushions. It was good quality and a great price. Even though it was delivered from Germany it only arrived one day later than promised. Once it was dispatched I was able to use the tracking system, which was really efficient. I would happily use this company again. Thank you.

The best on-line shopping site for fabric
In my opinion, Myfabrics is the best online dressmaking fabric shop; the quality of the fabrics is excellent. Apart from that, I love receiving information about the fibre content of the material and how to care for it to keep it in good condition. I also appreciate having a delivery information note, as a reminder of the goods ordered, and free, requested, samples of fabric delivered with my order.

Lovely fabric at a great price. As it comes from Europe there is a delay in delivery schedule which I appreciated when I placed the order. Great communication and I would really recommend them

Paid for my samples never received
Paid for my samples, never received, contacted support, answer was, sometimes it gets lost, keep looking it might come! Never will be ordering from this place again!

Lie on item quality and poor customer service
Purchased buttons that were claimed to be 100% leather and light brown. The item was dark brown and clearly poor quality leather glued on plastic. Customer service is horrible.

German instructions
This pattern was recommended but I did not realise the instructions are in German. I’m not sure how I am going to get on and whether I will be able to construct it purely from the images. I have not tried yet.

No delivery, impossible to contact
Ordered via their Portuguese site and my order was supposed to arrive in 5 days, but it has now been 2 weeks, and nothing has arrived. The order status still says "in process," yet I have received no updates from the company. They do not reply to emails, and the only phone number they give, which is hidden, in their Pricacy Policy page doesn't even work!
I urgently need this product for a company event in just a few days, but this company has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional. A transparent and trustworthy business does not operate this way.
At this point, I am fully convinced that this company is a scam. Avoid at all costs!

Great fabric, quick delivery
I am so pleased with the website and how easy it is to navigate. The choice of fabric is outstanding. The accuracy for the timeline of delivery is spot on. I have just received my fourth order over the last couple of weeks and I’m so happy. My fabrics our my go to for looking for new fabrics.
