Hello, I definitely recommend this company to claim your delayed or cancellation. I send all my information and to be honest was not expecting anything...well they did an excellent job and received my refund from the airline.

Flight was in May 2022. 8 months later - after supplying all the information requested - these guys tell me they've had to accept the (poor) excuse given by the airline. Basically they got me nothing, and took 8 months to get me nothing and didnt communicate well/often during those 8 months. Pretty useless. Go to Money Saving Expert and use his free service - and you'll get to keep 100%. I guess technically I got 100%.....of nothing.

Great company, would reccomend them to anyone who had issues with flight.

My personal experience was, that my flight from London was canceled and I had to go to the Czech republic by bus next day, so I have to pay for bus, accomodation and transport from airport, as the flight was canceled 2 hours before departure.

Easy to use and simple instructions , in a very busy year it took a little longer but I was always kept in the loop.

Asked myflightrefund for help claiming from Ryanair with regards to a cancelled flight. They contacted Ryanair and made a claim requesting for any funds to be transferred to their bank account. There has been no response from Ryanair but myflightrefund have confirmed the following - Unfortunately, we are not able to accept this case because the delay of your flight was caused by severe weather conditions. Carriers do generally not compensate when delays are caused by poor weather, even if there might have been other carriers, which performed their scheduled flight. Why not say this 5 months ago when they did take the claim and wrote to Ryanair??? At a total loss.

Thanks so much for coordinating on my behalf and help me getting the compensation from the airlines for all the hassle me and my family had to face due to delay in flights.
