My flight refund was very easy to deal with and persistent with the airline. Very pleased with the outcome and grateful for their help.

Like most people, you wouldn't believe this system actually works - however it did.
I submitted the information required, flight tickets and described the issue that happened and myflightrefund.com took care of the rest, I does take some time (couple of months) but it works out in the end, I got my refund.
No credit card required, its a win-win situation, if they get your money they will take a percentage of that, is is quite simple.

Ok but too many different departments and countries respond in lots of different languages, I found this bizarre?? Ended up with only 50% of what was claimed rather than 75%, have no idea why.

Apart from there being a slight issue with their asking for the same documentation several times (sorted with one phone call) the service was excellent. I supplied everything needed and they got me the refund. Can't ask for more.

Very professional company only drawback is the fact that they are Headquartered in Denmark which sometimes causes delays in communication.

I was very happy with the service. Having contacted Wizz Air directly to claim compensation for a flight cancellation and they point blank refusing my claim and quoting me EC Regulations to scare me off. So I contacted Myflightrefund who successfully got my compensation from Wizz Air.
