Mygymequipment Avaliações

Originally tried to buy a Watt bike on eBay but was outbid. Came across my gym equipment site and paid less than the winning eBay bid and it came with delivery.
Arrived well wrapped. Condition was superb with very low usage (26 hours) so practically new. Communication on order, delivery very good.
So great price, great condition, great customer service. What's not to like.

Very helpful with great communication throughout the whole process

Purchased a rowing machine from Aston 4 weeks ago. Communication was very good but that’s about all. The machine I chose was a rowerg as having done my research I realised this was only released in 2021 so I expected it to be in decent condition. The machine I was sent was a model D (possibly produced as far back as the 90’s) and had 12 million meters and 16000 workout towed on it average (with around 15 workouts a day being rowed on it). It also had quite a bit of cosmetic damage. After contacting Aston about this I got told it’s industry standard to put pictures of a stock model (of a different model of machine) on the website and sell a different model to the customer, which is lies and he didn’t even comment on the fact it was almost certainly a commercial gym product when his website says explicitly that it’s not.
I’ve never left a review or complaint in my life but this is just a warning to make sure you know what you’re buying. Even though I got a video pre shipment, it very cleverly did not show the model under the seat or the summary of distance rowed. Im not sure if this was intentional or an accident but given his attitude to a return I’m inclined to think the former.
Finally I chose to arrange the postage of the machine which was perfect with parcelforce @£35 and not £100.
I’m sad to have had to write this review as everyone else seems to have had a good experience and I hope all future customers continue to.

Excellent customer service. Aston was brilliant. Absolutely nothing negative. A very proactive company to deal with. I would highly recommend My Gym Equipment to anybody looking for a quality exercise bike, treadmill, etc. Thank you.

When I bought the machine through their website, my gym equipment were great at communicating and sent videos of the machine in working order as well as when it was ready to be shipped, which was all done very quickly.
Thankyou!

Ordered my ski erg on Tuesday, turns up Wednesday evening. Fantastic service. Equipment is basically brand new.
Wish I found Aston before I brought the treadmill & bike.

By far the best customer service I have experienced. Aston went above and beyond throughout the whole process, great communication and even came down in person to assist with something. Great quality item too. Could not recommend more highly. Thanks Aston!

I recently purchased a used Concept2 rower from Aston. It has very low usage, and was at a fair price. I picked it up in person, giving me the opportunity to test it out, and to meet Aston in person. I am delighted with the rower, and with all aspects of the purchase. I can highly recommend his services to anyone looking for equipment for their home use.

Great products and great value for money. Excellent, personal service from Aston who was a pleasure to deal with. I had a few questions that were answered almost immediately and then arranging collection was a breeze (I am fairly local). No doubts about giving a solid, genuine 5 stars here. Thanks team.

Really happy with the equipment and service I received from Aston. I even asked Aston after I received my wattbike if he had a comfort saddle and he sorted me out asap. Really happy. Recommend this website and service

Just received my wattbine from Aston.. can't fault the customer service I had off him..I'll admit I was slightly nervous with the purchase as it was a expensive one lol..but was put at ease with his communication throughout..Aston sent videos along the way to me of the bike which I found was very professional..we had a slight issue along the the way but Aston dealt with this very professionally which led to me having a very good end result..I'd recommend him 100 percent if anyone is thinking of making a purchase from him..cheers Aston 👍

Good quality equipment

Very easy experience from start to finish, Aston sourced 5 bike ergs in great condition for me. There were some issues with couriers but he sorted everything out and made the process seamless
