Error with booking

I recently made a booking and realised it was the wrong date, I cancelled the booking immediately, but it was non transferable and non refundable I was very upset as it was a surprise for my fiancé's birthday, I immediately called to see if they could help in any way, spoke to a lovely lady called Kristy who managed to cancel the booking and arrange a refund and I was then able to book the correct date, thank you Kristy your a star

Not worth a visit

Breakfast was terrible cold and little choice
1st room we had the bed was falling apart and they gave us 2 electric heaters still freezing
Moved rooms which was better still a very dated room flaking paint, needs a good makeover
Light shades have holes in them view was only good thing.
Wouldn't return or recommend to anyone

I received this voucher as a birthday…

I received this voucher as a birthday present I found it very difficult to use the voucher to book a hotel had to end up phoning head office to do the booking for me .

Lovely and friendly hotel

We had a lovely time,the hotel was spotless,beds are comfy ,the room had everything you need.
Dinner service was great the staff very polite and friendly,
Breakfast was lovely and again the staff was great really welcoming.
