Incredible customer services
I moved to a new house and it had a Mylife shower. Looked great, we were really happy. Within a day or so, we think one of our daughters over turned the thermostat and broke it. I called Mylife technical and they talked me through some steps to help them diagnose the issue. I then emailed them photos of the parts of the shower they wanted to see. That same day, they emailed to say the new parts I required were already on their way to me. Free of charge. Now that is incredible customer services and straight away, they have a new customer the next time I need some bathroom fittings. Amazing
