Terrible quality straight from China
I was very disappointed with my order, they say they're an Australian company but the clothes came straight from China and took quite long to arrive. I found the exact same clothes on Temu and AliExpress for cheaper. I bought it as a gift but the quality and smell of the clothes was so bad that I returned it straight away. Paid for shipping both ways so was money out of pocket for shit clothes. Would not recommend buying here!!

Stick to made/designed in Australia - get rid of the rubbish
The site looks great, so you're led to believe that you're getting quality clothing and what you pay certainly reflects that. However, the quality is abysmal. If I wanted Temu clothing, I would have bought it - and straight from China myself for less money.
You say that you also stock over 40 Australian brands on your website, some of which are also made or designed in Australia. Why not just make that your whole business and get rid of the Temu trash? We don't want that and the reviews you're receiving reflect that. Time to revist your business model.

⭐ Very disappointed with my order and the service.
The quality of the clothes is okay, but the sizes are notttt matching the website at all. 😭 I ordered 0–3 months and 3–6 months sizes for my nephew and niece.
The 0–3 months clothes are sooo small, even for my 2-month-old nephew. The 3–6 months clothes are too big for my niece, and one of them is even too small for her. The sizing is really confusing and not accurate.I waited roughly 7–12 days for my order and spent up to $200 on clothes. When I received my order and emailed the team about returning the clothes, I was told that I had to pay for the return shipping myself.
Honestly, after spending that much money, I expected better sizing information and customer service. I’m really disappointed because the clothes don’t fit properly, and now I have to pay extra to return them.
I hope the team improves the sizing information on the website and makes the return process better for customers.

Thank you for taking time to write a review of our small business and I am sorry to hear that some of the items sizing was not correct for your children.
We do carefully size our items so that they fit a majority of kids within the selected age ranges. Many of our items also have a size chart attached - and we always provide this information upon request.
We also totally understand that shopping online means you are unable to try the clothing on, and this is why we are always happy to accept returns.

Marketed as an Australian business but is selling directly from China. Is the same quality as Temu but Australian pricing, so disappointed and have requested a full refund, no response of course!!

Drop shipping from China
Aussie company front with drop shipping from China. I paid extra hoping for a quality outerwear. The piece arrived already frayed with the material coming apart by touching it. Not even sure if it can survive its first wash.
If you want cheap, disposable quality buy directly from temu versus up-marked by "Aussie family owned company".

The clothes came directly from China and took soooo long, I still have only received half the order. If i wanted this quality I should of ordered from Temu as they would of been a third of the price. Very disappointing. Have asked for a refund but I have to pay the postage back to Australia.

Temu quality
The quality of the item was poor and didn’t even have a composition tag!
If you are happy with it for your own child that’s fine but I wouldn’t want to gift this item as it looks like it came straight from Temu and it was obvious as soon as I touched the bag in the mailbox.
I would however be able to return for a refund or 110% credit.
However it is too late as it WAS a gift and also i don’t want to be out of pocket for shipping.

Quality was similar to items off shein or temu. No tags, very thin material and some cotton stitching was coming off.

I wouldn't purchase from this company ever again have waited 7 weeks for an order to he told that it was sent back all because they couldn't work out my address was a lock box. No contact number to call and their emails are so lagged. Will never order from this company ever and will make it known to people. All my orders go to my lock box at the post office. Worst company I have ever ordered from don't ever order from My little Wardrobe 🙃 highy recommend cracked Soda thr quality is next level and price is reasonable.

I am disheartened to read this review as I had communicated back and forth with you for weeks to try to assist you in sorting out the undeliverable address you had used in your order. The address you used was just an email address followed by a street number, so the courier used could not have known that email address corresponded to a lock-box. When the courier confirmed that your address was not able to be delivered to, we changed the address to another physical address that you provided when I made you aware of the issue, and refunded you for the items that could not be delivered.
I am really saddened to see that you have posted this review designed to cause damage to our brand.

This company IS NOT based in Australia
This company IS NOT based in Australia, the items are all from China, I received these cheap shorts I paid $30 for when shein quality looks better. I received the shorts with Chinese writing tags, there is no sign of “mylittlewardrobe” anywhere. The items are cheap and made out of poor materials, I wish I never ordered in the first place.

Poor delivery time
This company claims to be Australian but are not. I ordered a Christmas present for my granddaughter on the 5th December. It is 2 weeks later and the item has still not left China. I understand Christmas means perhaps a bit slower than their promised shipped within 1 - 3 days but not 2 weeks later and still in China. Requested a refund but have been told no, as it has supposedly been shipped.

Don't purchase from here

Disappointing service
Disappointing service. Thought I was supporting an Australian business in a bigger way.
I contacted them after ordering and confirmed they are based in Australia but was told they have some ‘budget items’ that are shipped from overseas warehouses.
Shipping took over 2 weeks to arrived which they claimed is due to sales being on.
I was disappointed in the quality of my item which was ‘Drop Shipped’ from China. It’s cost me $21 for one baby onesie ($30 including shipping.)
Once I realised the item was not going to make it in time for my event, I reverse image searched the photo. I bought the EXACT same item for $7 including postage from Alibaba (also shipped from China) and it arrived faster than the My Little Wardrobe order.
I did request a refund before my item was shipped, but this was not able to be accommodated.
Perhaps they do stock items of better quality or located in Australia. But unfortunately the one item I purchased from them was not one of these.
If I was to purchase from them again I would find out before ordering where the order was coming from. I would have not purchased knowing it was Drop Shipped from overseas.

I placed an order thinking I was supporting a local Australian business, as the website stated it was based in QLD. However, the item was shipped from China, which was not clearly communicated. Shipping took longer than expected, and the product quality did not match how it appeared in the online photos — it looked much better on the website. Unfortunately, it wasn’t suitable to give as the gift I had planned. Overall, quite disappointed and I won’t be ordering from this store again.
