Disappointing in all aspects
Was excited by the range but disappointed with the quality and delayed delivery times. Took 2 weeks and only some items arrived. Not the end of the world, but don’t state delivery will be in 3-7 days if it’s not true. Sizing is a joke. Ordered items size 2-3 - all short and t-shirt sets. The two that arrived had different size labels, yet the size 100 was two sizes bigger than the size 110. Makes no sense except for very poor quality control. So one is too small and the other is way too big. Hoping if the third ever arrives it will be the goldilocks but after 3 weeks I give up.

As noted on our website we allow 3-6 business days to process orders. At your time of ordering orders would not be processed between 31/08 and 09/09 as our warehouse was closed. You ordered a couple of days prior and this meant, unfortunately, it would not be fulfilled until we re opened. Your order was then promptly shipped on 11/09.
I can see that you reached out about a return which has been facilitated by our team.
Apologies again you were not happy with your purchase.

This place is a joke
This place is a joke. The 3-6 business day processing is also a joke. I ordered on the 2nd of September and still have not received any shipping information.
Either this company is not located in Queensland or there is something seriously wrong with the packing and logistical side of your business.
As parents who are trying to support and Australian business it is not our problem or our fault that you are constantly understaffed. By the time I receive my order my son will grow out of the clothes I have bought him from your company.
UPDATED RESPONSE
Funny that you are unable to find my order as the confirmation email I was sent literally says "hi Tugba"
As you have stated below, it has been 7 days since the business has reopened and I still have not received shipping information.
Lastly, I have reached out via email twice. I received a response for one of my emails but not the second email.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I am a little confused with the information you have put in here so let’s look at the facts. You reached out on 26/08 to see if your ordered for Father’s Day if it would arrive in time knowing our processing times are 3-6 business days.
You then did not place your order until the 28/06 (Wednesday). We had a public holiday on Friday 31/08 and our website stated our warehouse would be closed from Monday 02/09 until Monday 09/09.
You did not order 2 weeks ago as you have stated and we had all the information around dispatch times available before you ordered to make a decision if you wanted to order.
Our cancellation fees are also on the website and the reason behind why we have these - all available to review prior to ordering.
We are always happy to take on feedback from customers when it is fair and reasonable. Unfortunatly in this case, your review is inaccurate und unreasonable.

NEVER AGAIN
It took a month for my order to arrive. I asked 2 weeks from making my order on when it will arrive, they replied saying it will be with me the next few business days. My baby grew much bigger within that time frame. There are no sizing tags on the clothes. It’s clear they purchase and send from a foreign factory as some tags had Chinese writing. There are no tags on the clothes showing ‘’my little wardrobe”. They upsell through their business as the products are quite pricey. The sizes vary and are not true to size. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

To clarify some details here, your order was dispatched slightly outside our turn around time which was communicated on our website of some possible dispatch delays, From there your order arrived within the shipping estimates provided on our website also.
Not sure why you are concerned that businesses 'upsell' products, generally that is how it works. A business will source/manufacture items for a price and sell for a higher price in order to make money.

wow i have just received my first ever…
wow i have just received my first ever my little wardrobe package and i must say what an absolute waste of money ! First of all i ordered a few items a month ago most for a birthday outfit so ordered with plenty of time, took then 3 weeks to even put any communication towards posting the items, i then emailed myself to follow up as it was a few days before the birthday and still no shipment date, finally got an email stating they have refunded the outfit but still sent the hat out 🙄 okay that is fine … a week later and we finally got the hat … and i must say i am extremely disappointed the quality feels like a swim cap and it is not even soft it is such a rough material and itchy while looking rushed. So disappointing and heard they are crap quality and they drop ship items from all over the place including china, ali express, shein etc that is not your own company items may as-well just directly go to shien and buy form there, will never use them again and they should not be allowed to even do this let alone run a business
Item was also not well made, uneven stiching and can see rough cuts and rough job, quickly done and made

Thanks for your review. As discussed via email all our items are shipped from our Gold Coast warehouse so we do not drop ship as you have suggested.
Also the item purchased is our MLW by Design item and printed by us. We are sorry you dont like the product. It has been one of best sellers over the years and our customers love them, you are one of the first who has. Thats ok we know they may not he for everyone. As it is personalised though, we are unable to offer a refund on the item as you demanded via email which we trust you understand.
