Your order was dispatched the same day and is scheduled to be delivered to your address by 5:00pm today. Thank you for sharing your concerns. I’m sorry for the frustration this may have caused. As we operate online, we’re unfortunately unable to carry out biopsies or provide in-person testing, and we’re not able to treat suspected strep throat through our service.
In cases where further investigation such as a biopsy is required, we always recommend contacting your GP or an in-person healthcare provider so you can receive appropriate care.

Highly recommend this service
I am so impressed with the level of care I received on the video call this morning. I needed treatment for a sore throat and other symptoms. The healthcare provider was thorough, kind, helpful, and extremely experienced. This looks less than 15 minutes and I didn't have to leave the house while I am still quite ill. Thank you for such excellent service and care.

Extremely inefficient
Extremely inefficient. Pharmacist seemed quite unprofessional,took no notes, did not ask about my current prescriptions or medical conditions, and then issued the wrong Rx (which was a continuation of an existing Rx I have had for many months from Boots so should have been straightforward). I had to supply my address 3 times. I was told I required a 2nd interview with a pharmacist - but this was due to their record errors so I declined. Verification codes on site didn't work. Courteous emails from staff but it took far too much time & correspondence on my part to sort this out over 6 days when I needed the renewal.

After reviewing your case, we can see that your initial consultation took place on Friday, 21st November. You subsequently engaged with our customer service team on Monday to provide your address and date of birth. Unfortunately, a system error caused an incorrect dosage to be added, which required verification with our pharmacist to ensure the correct and safe prescription was issued.
Once this was confirmed, the correct prescription was created promptly. As a gesture of goodwill, we also applied an extremely generous discount to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We fully understand that this experience fell short of your expectations, and we are very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience it caused. Please be assured that we are reviewing our processes internally to help prevent similar issues in the future.

Meds never came
I was told that uti antibiotics would be dispatched two weeks ago. I never got it and I reached out to them and that they will dispatch it last week. This never came either!!! But my money is gone:)
