Great service

Oral minoxidil

Well, when my package arrived it was a bit damaged, but honestly it wasn’t a big issue. I started taking the oral minoxidil and after just a month I’ve already noticed a lot of progress, especially on my arms and beard. I’ve been growing hair like crazy, so this stuff definitely seems legit.

Highly recommended for customer service

I purchased a 3-month supply of minoxidil. I received them quickly. Somehow, the first bottle ran out within 3 weeks. I reached out via email, and to my pleasant surprise I received a very nice, professional email from Holly, seeking more information. I responded and again got a swift response and generous resolution within 2-working days. I can’t speak to the efficacy of the treatment yet because I’m only one bottle+ in but I hope it works, but so far, I would definitely recommend the company. Thanks Holly!

It really does work

If your in 2 minds about giving this product a try for your balding just do it. The shedding phase is scary and feels like it lasts forever but just trust the process and you will get results. I’m onto my 4 month now and can already see a great difference in my hairline.

Customer for more than 1 year

Excellent products at the best prices, although others are getting very close price wise, a discount code is needed. Medications are good quality, have been using for over 1 year and seems to be making a difference, well it’s halted further hair loss, that’s for sure. Difficult for existing customers to navigate website as always have to complete questionnaire. Would be useful if website recognised repeat customers to save the need to complete this form every time you click on a product.

No response to emails and unclear dispatch status

I recently placed an order and was told delivery would be express/next day, but the shipping label was created on Thursday and by Saturday the tracking still shows that the parcel hasn’t been dispatched.

What has been more frustrating is that email appears to be the only way to contact the company. I sent a message to check whether the parcel had actually been handed to the courier, but haven’t received a response. When you’re ordering medication and the tracking status isn’t clear, the lack of communication creates a lot of unnecessary anxiety and uncertainty.

The service itself may well be fine once everything arrives, but clearer communication and faster responses to emails would make a big difference to the customer experience. Even a short confirmation that the order is being processed or when it will actually be dispatched would help reduce the stress for customers waiting on their medication.

Update:
My email was going to the Junk Inbox so wasn’t being picked up, once recognised, I was given a very good level of care and support. They sent out a replacement very promptly and were very sympathetic. Thanks to Holly and the rest of the team for their support. Just worth flagging care to be taken with emails which go to junk and perhaps invest in SaaS for customer service e.g. Dixa to enhance service experience
