Very fast communication and answers to the questions. The only thing ist, the information was, the Priority Mail International takes 6 to 10 days. I must wait 15 days. Ok, 6 days Customs Clearance Process. But Customs Clearance is normal in international mail. Its better to mention it.

Live Parts Specialist corrected incorrect part number
After much internet searching this site pointed me to a different part number than what had been found in several other sites. I ordered the part number indicated and included my VIN. The next day I received a phone call stating that I may have ordered the wrong part number, after two more phone calls it was determined that the web site had given me an incorrect number and the Parts Specialist caught it and saved me from ordering the wrong part. Great catch!

Planned purchase was for a rooftop box…
Planned purchase was for a rooftop box at reasonable discount. Associate called to say that the price and shipping details were incorrectly advertised. Was forced to cancel order as the true price was more expensive than if we were to buy from a local brick and mortar. I recommend your staff review dimensions, pricing, and shipping before posting. Very disappointing.

I am sorry about the situation. As described before, this is a known flaw with our data provider, which is the same provider that powers over 80% of OEM websites. While we have weight and dimensions on hundreds of thousands of products, a few of our parts are missing that information. Therefore our website has no way to calculate shipping in these uncommon circumstances. This order was so large it would have to go freight but it was priced as if it was .1" x .1" x .1" which is obviously false. Though we offered to sell you this at exact dealer cost plus our exact shipping price while doing the labor free, the part was too big to come to a price you were happy with which is understandable. We refunded you immediately and our website does indicate this rare possibility in our policies:
"Oversized shipments and sheet metal orders may be additional to what is quoted based on freight charges; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval if necessary."
We apologize for the inconvenience and I'd be happy to provide you with a discount in the future. Thank you!
