A bunch of scammers !!!!!’n

Order ABS module for my jeep, they process the order, charge my credit card, send me an email stating my order had been verified and is being packaged. Three days later I got a email stating they canceled my order due to a price increase when I asked customer service what the deal was they more than doubled the price of the part. Should I can re-order in 2 to 3 days at the new price. When I asked about my money They said I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days to return it to my credit card. What a scam. Buyer beware do not order from this company.

If I could give less than one star I would. They say “they take cards” they say “they take paypal” they say “they didn’t receive the money so we are cancelling your order and refunding your money” honest to Jesus that’s what they said. Makes no sense at all. This happened to my friend two months ago and me twice this month. Do not use them for your auto parts.

I placed an order and paid for expidet shipping. It said 3-5 days. A week passed without getting the part. The person who answered said they didn't have the part. They ordered it and will arrive on Monday and they are going to ship it the next day. I may receive it by Friday or Monday. I told him to cancel it because I can't wait more than 2 weeks. He said there maybe a fees. Then he told me he will cancel for free.

Horrible company

Horrible company, HORRIBLE! They have canceled my order twice now. All I ordered was fender badges, provided my vin number, now they need mileage, and proof of ownership! For a FENDER BADGE? They’re super rude and unhelpful on the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, FOR REAL.

These people are so dishonest

These people are so dishonest. We called and ordered parts to repair our business use Promaster. We were told there were "core" charges on the bumpers and end caps but we could cut them into small pieces to return them so we didn't have to pay oversize shipping to return. When I was speaking with the supervisor of returns, he told me he didn't know who I spoke with but that is NOT the case and Chrysler wouldn't accept the cores. Now why would I even think to do that if I wasn't told to do so? Of course it's too late because we've cut them into pieces. The first girl I spoke with was so rude and just adament that because it was over 30 days ( by a week or so) I couldn't return a part. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, he was fine with the return BUT they make you pay shipping AND add a 20% restocking fee.
Absolutley the worst service I have ever seen out of a company. You're better off paying a little more and going to a local dealer.

ordered a part included the vin# they told me I ordered the wrong part. when I called them for the third time , every time I get some young female person, I was told I was rude because I asked her to look up the part I first ordered, she said that part does not go on that truck. I looked up the truck and part my self on their web site and the part I ordered was there for the truck. I asked for a manager, I was put through to voice mail. do not trust these people they do not know how to look up parts. will not order from them again.

Poor customer service, overpriced

Ordered a dash part which shoed in the breakdown as three parts, when it arrived the dash knob was missing. Contacted csr and was advised that that part is no longer available. I requested a refund and they issued a rma with a 20 percent restock fee and 15 dollar return shipping. I advised this was not my issue and i should not have to pay restock fee, they then asked for the link to show where it said all three parts were included.the link clearly shows one item number for 3 parts. They claim not. Terrible customer service i reccomend going elsewhere. Thier prices are inflated and they are a rip off

Ordered a roof for my challenger it arrived damaged

Ordered a roof for my challenger. Item was damaged in shipping. I notified staff immediately. The rep I was dealing with supposedly is no longer with company. My problem was reassigned to a new rep who promised me this would be resolved. No one is answering me back. All I asked for is a refund or a replacement roof. No one wants to resolve this issue. I am going to hire an attorney and most likely will have to sue them for a refund and attorneys fees. Never been treated like this before ever. I will also be contacting mopar about this company as well. I am in contact with the state attorneys office to file a complaint and begin to move forward with a case against them. My order number is 57875 if anyone from this company cares to resolve this before I move forward in a law suet to get a refund. The rep I started with was named edwin. The new rep I was assigned is isaiah. And 2 months later still no resolution. Just a bunch of b.s. from all of them. The roof was just over 700 dollars if this is not resolved soon this will cost a whole lot more for this company. This is not smart business. You would think a resolution would be what they want not to be sued to do the right thing. I highly urge all to buy from someone else they don't care about their customers and that is obvious.

They are reprasenting the parts they…

They are reprasenting the parts they sell as Mopar original equipment. That is false advertising. These parts are aftermarket and they should tell customers they are aftermarket and also some of the parts they sell are remanufactured parts which, means they take used parts and rebuild them. You might as well go to the local aftermarket parts store than wait for something in the mail that is lower quality than Auto Zone.

This is 100% false, we operate out of a licensed Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram dealership and we only sell OEM products. If we ever carried aftermarket parts we'd lose a massive amount of Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram manufacturer discounts and it would not be worth it for us to do so. Furthermore we don't rebuild anything, though the manufacturer rebuilds SOME items and they are advertised as rebuilt while carrying the same 2 year nationwide warranty as new items. All OEM manufacturers do this though warranties may differ. Furthermore we have never sold to a customer of this name, this is either a competitor or an individual who accidentally left a review on the wrong profile.

Reliable

I contacted the seller about a wrong part I ordered for my son. I had forgotten about the part and reached out to the seller and told him what happened and that it was unopened and unused. He agreed to give me a 80% refund. I really appreciate that because it was up to his discretion.

Not a trustworthy company

Not a trustworthy company. They sent me a damaged part and when I returned it, they claimed it was me and refused to issue a refund and then threw the part out so that the damage couldn't be reviewed. Seems like a dishonest way of conducting business to me.

Item shipped fast and was exactly what…

Item shipped fast and was exactly what it was supposed to be. Good customer service when calling. Only downside was that shipping was extremely high. If I would have known product was shipping from 5 miles down the street I would have picked it up in person.
