I spent over ₹42,000 on a Morning Owl bed and seriously regret it.

The bed caused me ongoing discomfort, including back and shoulder pain. I contacted Morning Owl for a return because the mattress simply did not work for me. I was honest with them that there were some marks on the removable, washable cover, and I even told them I was open to a reasonable deduction from the refund.

Their response was basically to hide behind policy and reject the return completely.

I clarified that the issue was with the outer cover, not the latex core. I even shared a video showing that the inner core was not stained or damaged. I asked if I could clean the cover, accept a deduction, or discuss a reasonable solution. They still refused.

For a product this expensive, the after-sales support is shockingly poor. A “trial” or return policy means nothing if the company can deny the whole thing over the condition of a washable outer cover, even when the customer is willing to cooperate and accept deductions.

This was not a cheap impulse purchase. It was a ₹42,772 bed, and the service after purchase was completely disappointing.

Save your money. I would not recommend Morning Owl based on my experience.

Very comfortable..the best thing is they are offering genuine latex and its a complete latex mattress. Unlike othwr brands who ad 1 inch latex and call it Latex Mattress.

Bought bamboo mattress protector specifically to protect my expensive latex mattress but it completely failed. The sizing is completely wrong. The elastic skirt is incredibly weak and loose. Every time I move, the corners pop off the mattress. I am tired of having to completely remake my bed and tuck it back in every single morning.

Ive been using thier ortho pro mattress since last couple of years. Its really a game changer. If youre looking for a premium latex mattress go for morning owl and thank me later

Latex mattresses are the most expensive mattresses you can sleep on. Eco-fieldly and long lasting. I had taken two latex mattresses in 2021 from MorningOwl. They were sent as vaccum packed and tighly would in plastic sheet - hence no damage in transit. Once you opened the plastic sheet, the air would rush in and the mattress would acquire its actual size. They are really good to sleep on. Recently ordered another one. The company has now switched to packing the mattresses in the same plastic woven material as used in cement bags - much cheaper. The entire mattress comes as fully inflated. It goes through packers and movers - and they do NOT care what they unload or upload in the trucks to deliver to your home. Damage cannot be seen due to poor handling - since we are not technically qualified as typical consumers. When asked, the company says that when sent earlier, the mattress unevenly inflated. This is an utter lie. My two older mattresses inflated well. Just to save a few hundred rupees - losing their brand name and value.

I ordered custom size latex bed for my house . From chennai showroom near Skywalk bridge. The shop person , delivered different size bed . He did twice with me ,i ordered 77x72 8inch . 1st he gave oversized 78x73 and 2nd he gave under size 75x71 . Then he collected the bed &invoice saying he would cancell . But after 3 days he send sms he can't cancel and size is correct . He removed bed outer cover and informed me bed is made according to default size . Very bad experience iam facing . So unprofessional , false statement so disappointed with morning owl. Poor service . Don't wast your hard earned money with this service provider .

We want to thank Prakash, who guided us patiently, for our purchase decision. He was instrumental in helping us select the correct mattress. He helped us understand the minute difference between each mattress type and pick the correct one for our combined needs.

Post the purchase, he was diligent and speedy in shipping the mattress while being transparent on the date of delivery. He followed up daily and on the day of delivery to make sure the mattress reached our home hassle-free.

It is commendable that the Morning Owl team is small in size but considerable in their professionalism and courtesy.

At the onset, we are benefiting from the mattress and are very happy with the quality, service, and overall experience with the Morning Owl.

We will update our review post in a few months on how the mattress performs. We have purchased the 7 Zone Natural Latex Mattress 8 inch thickness.

Had purchased Queen size full latex mattress recently , very happy and glad that I chose this mattress, the comfort is amazing, and quality is excellent. However it would be better if they provide with side hand grips so that it would be helpful when changing bed covers. Mr.Naimathullah - Chennai branch Head ( BDM )was really helpful in choosing the right mattress.

Amazing mattresses

Ordered two medium firm mattresses. They are perfect. My family member who used to always wake up with backpain says she no longer has back pain.

And the service was really good too. The personnel helped us a lot with ordering and delivery of the products.

Mattress started sagging after 3 years in the middle even though the instructions for care were followed. I contacted them regarding this issue on Dec 18, 2024 as the mattress was under the warranty and today is 6 March, 2025 when I am writing this review.
1) I have not received my mattress yet!
2) There is virtually no customer support on call or even on email. Till date I have sent them 49 emails and have called multiple times but negligible support was given.
3) Since more than a month I am using an irregular cotton mattress for a week which is not even mine and have started having some serious back pains impacting my productivity quite badly!

We have been used Morning Owl, King Size, thickness 8", soft & luxurious mattress, pillow, mattress protector for 10 months almost a year. It is very comfortable, we sleep every night with a contentment & smile by the grace of God😇

Amazing experience with morning owl. Initially bought Medium-Firm Latex mattress for my parents but they found it a bit soft and were confused for long 50 days of use. Morning owl readily helped me replace it with a Orthopaedic Firm mattress in seamless manner (just paid the price difference). Exchange process was smooth too.
I feel that Orthopaedic latex is the best mattress for everyone after having tried both the mattress. My parents are loving Orthopaedic mattress and anyone thinking that it may be too hard (9/10 in firmness mentioned on the site) must not worry and should go for this one only. The feeling of latex matters changes a lot with density. 110D of Orthopaedic is best. Go for it. Great quality mattress.
Very Low thickness pillows are best with this mattress, did not like latex trimmings pillow.

Your product is too bad..after using 4 months I had got back pain neck pain nd redicilopathy...it's worst mattress I used in my life ...even my wife is having same problem...I called your customer care he said to change direction frequently..I did it ...but no relief...bad bad product....can you take it back I don't need any money back
