Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. My ₹5,000 was deducted for a failed order and I've been chasing the refund for weeks. Every time I contact them, it's the same "wait another 24–48 hours" story. I've lost count of how many times I've heard that. Nobody gives a straight answer, nobody knows what's going on, and the refund is still not here. Never trusting these frauds again.

Very bad experience with Wakefit. We bought a ₹57,000 cot, and the hydraulic part broke within 10 days.

Despite multiple complaints, customer support has not responded. The cot is unusable, and we are sleeping on the floor with small kid's.

Please resolve this issue urgently

It's really good. Comfy. Initially we had back pain while sleeping on it. But now after a month later nothing of that sort. In fact I get better sleep on it.

Worst of all time. Took a month to delivery. And very arrogant delivery person. He was demanding extra cash for delivering it too. Customer service is a dumb team. They have answer to nothing. All they have to say is " sorry for your inconvenience". Don't waste your money in this mattress and you'll regret taking that decision.

Don't buy any products in wakefit. I just brought one chair on June 7 initially promised you will get your june 16 definitely. But still now I didn't get product. In customer service no proper response simply said please wait...

The product Quality is very good using it for almost 40 days now, the delivery service is fast got it delivered on 2nday only after placing the order in Bengaluru. I am over 110kg and the orthopaedic mattress is quite firm and give good support to my spine.

The mattress is comfortable, but it has poor motion isolation. Movement from one person can easily be felt on the other side, which may disturb sleep. It also tends to retain heat, causing heating issues and making it less comfortable during warm nights. Overall, it could be improved in terms of motion isolation and temperature regulation.

Mattress is Really great. It has reduced my chronic back pain. I will rate 1000 in 100. Pillows are good too.
