Russell went out of his way
Russell went out of his way to make sure the bikes arrived on time and especially when we had issues transporting the batteries on the plane. He picked them up from the airport and arranged to have then couriered to where we were staying in Alice Springs.

Very happy with dual suspension e-mtb
I would have given a five star rating but for the delay in getting the bike dispatched from the supplier.(seven days after payment) Having said that regarding the bike I am fully impressed with the quality of construction (perfect tig welding of frame) and good quality components. I ordered the 500 watt motor and it realy pulls your hat off when you require it to. Very pleased with the bike, and looks great.Russell is very helpful and contactable.

Great service great bike
Great service, great advice and great bike. I spoke to Russell about my requirements and what I needed the bike for, we discussed the various models available and I decided on the full suspension 2022 model. Russell was very knowledgeable and accommodating.
It arrived yesterday and after spending a little while in assembling it, and adjusting the location of the gears, brakes and display to suit myself I went for my initial ride this morning. This is my first e bike and all I can say is WOW. I tried the various power modes and eventhough I had concerns about the weight, they quickly evaporated on feeling the power and control I had. I really look forward to testing the bike out in other conditions but feel confident that it can easily handle all I can throw at it. I also have full confidence in Russell and any after sales service that I need. So far nothing has been too much trouble and he is always available to answer all questions. Highly recommend checking out these bikes.
