Things are step by step and not to worry.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service, especially since it was my first time using MyOnlineCA.

However, I would like to suggest that incorporating WhatsApp communication would even greatly enhance the experience. This may be looked into as a suggestion.

I loved the service provided by the MyOnlineCA Team. Their customer support was immediate and efficient. Their website and YouTube channel is filled with so much free and useful content. All of their content online makes them trust worthy. Not only that, the MyOnlineCA Team answered all of my questions, patiently.
Overall, their service was worth every rupee.

Raised a personal IT query for which upfront payment of 500/- was taken. But there is no response or action taken. After some days got an email saying they dont have concerned person and will refund the amount. But refund has also not happened as of Mar 6, 2023.

Update : Amount was refunded later on Mar 6.
