First, I was worried as it was my first ITR filing and being a salaried employee I did not have any idea how to file this. After researching and watching so many youtube videos.I encountered to one of the tech channels where he refereed and shared feedback for myonlineCA for a Hustle free experience. Right from requesting to file my ITR2, Tomy ITR2 actually getting filed, my experience with MyOnlineCA was smooth. I only had pension salary, some savings/FD interest and 2 MF redemptions so it wasn't complicated. Also, I had checked Form26AS, AIS, TIS etc. already and had provided my feedback to them while submitting the documentation. The MyOnlineCA website, email alerts, SMS alerts everything worked very smoothly. I also reached out to customer care but they suggested to email them my query because I guess they have team of CA's working day and night. And the CA who prepared my return may not be available on phone.

I could have given 5 stars if there was a manual element in the process such as "Sir, your ITR2 is ready. Your data was good. Do you have any question?". Since I understand my data very well and have decent knowledge of tax system, I was okay. Also, I had one agricultural rental income sort of question and they provided advice how to process it.

I recommend MyOnlineCA to anyone who wants to get their return filed quickly, you are in safe hands.
