As a cyclist that suffers from back pain I’ve been using my pain kit for several months. I’ve found the kit to be invaluable in keeping me on the bike. I can’t recommend this enough.
I found the lower back pain kit awesome. I’m using the back support brace while walking and gardening. The exercises are easy to follow and have really helped!

I love the videos. He gives a good understanding of what's really happening. And the exercises with the ball and resistance bands are excellent. The variety keeps my recovery from being monotonous. Great job!😁

I bought the posture kit and found the posture brace really helpful when I was sitting in front of my pc. The excises are really easy to follow and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my neck pain and posture.

Using the pain kit for my tennis elbow has been a great experience. I love how all the necessary exercises and kit needed are included. No shopping from multiple sites needed. Started the rehab 10 days ago and am already noticing a definite improvement.
