Order placed on March 5th 5 emails sent, 2 replied with the excuse of "COVID-19" delayed the process. 4months went by and no painting. My status page indicates the product arrived to my country July 1st and the status is Expired.
This is coming from China so do yourself a favour and order from Aliexpress, they have a good refund policy and you will buy the exact same thing and if it does not arrive, you will get your money back.
Sad I didn't search fro reviews first.

Ditto to everyone’s comments. PayPal issued my refund today for orders placed in April that were never received.

I wish i had read these reviews before placing my order. Spent $115 for 5 canvas and have only received 2. I placed the order March 29!!! Same response as others, can't give me my money back because they say it shipped. I am so pissed about this.

I bought from this company April 7. Never received my 2 paintings. emailed numerous times. Finally contacted Paypal and they refunded my full purchase amount.
Always use a credit card or paypal as they offer purchase guarantee.

If I could do a zero rating I would. I have asked them to stop email me. I'll eat the $15.00 that I never got the painting supplies and they won't refund my money. I'm just sick of the numerous emails a day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. It's some sort of weird scam.

If I could give these moron thieves a zero I would. They steal your money and there is no way of contacting them only get the same reply from “Samantha”.

I ordered in April and still nothing....it's July 13th. I've asked about a refund and was told not until I receive the product and return it. But I can't get the product....I think I agree with the other reviews that say this is a SCAM!

Scam!!!!! Haven’t received an order I put through in April! Haven’t even gotten a tracking number

Ordered several kits in April. None have arrived. They just blame it on customs. When you try to track order it comes up not in system.

I ordered ordered an original canvas for my granddaughter’s birthday. I have sent many emails asking where is my order giving them the order number asked for shipping information all I received is a dropship automated email saying they are working and that due to Covid it’s going to be slow

Ug I can't believe I fell for this. I blame COVID for letting my guard down and really wanting something fun for my daughters birthday. I ordered it beginning of May and it has been in transit since May 22nd according to 17tracknet.com (which also looks like a scam). I contacted them in June to see where my order was and they said it's on it's way and will be here in 20-40 days. Basically enough time for me to forget again that I ordered something from them. I finally realized it's never coming. What a disappointment. I disputed the charge on my credit card. Recommend others do the same.

What that actual hell??!! I just never received my order?? I have emailed the company EIGHT times in the last four months and have heard nothing. They have legitimately stolen my money. Appalling.

I ordered back in March, they took my money...but no paint by numbers kits, I had to cancel everything with my bank account due to fraud, that I used to pay for this Do not buy from theses scammers, I have gotten nothing saying paint by number kits were even shipped. And this wasn’t cheap when you buy the things already framed

Ok guys, since we all got scammed.... is there anyway we can get our money back?

Order 4 paint by number kits on May 14th. Thought I'd get them before I had surgery on my neck. To date I haven't received them. Said they were shipped. Not happy with them.

DO NOT BUY I am sure this is a scam. I ordered back in May and have not received anything and we’re now in July. I emailed to complain and for an explanation and received an automated email.

Ordered for my daughter's June birthday on May 1st, we're now in mid July and have received nothing. I repeatedly emailed and get same answer, "soon".
Thankfully I used Amex and got refunded. I honestly think that this is a scam!

Same experience as several others, When inquiring about my orders I only get an automated response. Got confirmation for my order, but have yet to received.

I ordered and paid for 2 projects in April, we are in July and I have received nothing.
I have sent multiple emails and immediately receive a generic answer with a bogus tracking number attached.
I WANT A REFUND.
These people should be prosecuted they are nothing but scammers and theives.

Ordered in April, still no product in July. There is no contact phone number on their website, so I am assuming this is a scam.
