I agree with everyone giving a bad review. I ordered something in March 2020. They immediately took my money. I still don't have the product. All my inquires we answer "because of covid things were delayed in shipping. Then they just stopped replying with anything. Don't ever order from this company.

I obviously should have checked the reviews here before ordering. I actually ordered one kit a few years ago without any issues. However this time I thought I would purchase a few. Save shipping etc. I ordered 6 kits and a set of brushes. I received the brushes in a separate order followed by one kit. Nothing else. I paid over $120 US and received approx $20 in product. After about a dozen emails and several promises and 6 months later. Nothing. Don’t order. They will take your money and run.

This “company” enjoys taking peoples hard earned money. I am currently reporting and they will be shutdown. Not going to bother repeating how terrible this company is. The reviews say it all. Good luck Nightly Source, you won’t last much longer.

When I placed my order I never received an email confirmation and that was unsettling. It was before Christmas and they stated because it was a very busy time, the order may take longer than expected to arrive. My order was missing a piece. I emailed the company a few times and each time received a reply with in 24 hours. They also sent the missing piece in a timely manner.

Scam! Ordered a bunch of custom pictures for my mother for Christmas and still haven’t received any of them! They don’t even reply through customer service or give any additional information. I told them I will report them to the fraud department and apparently now they will open an investigation.... I’m sure they don’t do anything in regards to paying over $170 USD for my order. Only getting the two non custom and still missing 4 pictures

It’s been over 2 months since my order supposedly sent still showing in the first location all contact to the company just gets me a ‘here is a tracking site’ email. Do not order from them. Horrible service.

I ordered my item sep/1/2020 and never gotten it I emailed them about a week ago and I haven’t gotten any replies yet this was supposed to be for my girlfriends birthday such a scam

Don't order from this site ! Is a clone and you will loose your money! The contact address has a link to the original site,but the rest is cloned, so you will loose your money if you don't care.

Ordered on 11/21/20 and item shows as shipped (ORIGINATING IN CHINA) and at a sorting center in TX since 1/5. My e-mails were ignored, phone calls weren't answered, voicemails never returned, Facebook messages ignored, and was also blocked from leaving comments on Facebook. Got my money back from my bank thankfully but this is a complete scam. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

Only a 1 because I can't give 0. I am coming here from what appears to be their sister company Painting Simplified. I ordered on December 10. It is now January 18. Still no order update. When I asked via their Facebook page for a refund, they blocked me. I guess I am going to have my bank reverse the charge if it isn't too late. It seems all of these paint by number companies are the same. There seems to be nowhere to give a review for Painting Simplified. So here I am. Ill see if I can give an update when I have more info.

I ordered gifts for my wife for Xmas on 12/9. When I didn’t get anything by 12/18, I contacted their customer service. I got a rude response back stating my order was in China, and had not even been picked yet. They provided a tracking number that ultimately showed the order was not even picked until 12/26! I again contacted them and asked for a refund, and was told I had to wait until the product arrived, ship it back to China at my expense, and them maybe they would honor a refund. Total BS.
The order finally came on 1/15. This is 2021, how is this acceptable??
But what really gripes my ass, is that since I contacted their customer service, I have been inundated by email spam and phone sales scams. They either sold or gave my personal information to multi marketing companies. Many from foreign companies, mainly in China I believe.
I was willing to let the long wait time slide, until the spam started. So as I said, if you value your privacy, abound this company.

The shipping number did not work at first, I thought I had been scammed. But then without really waiting for it we received about a month later. Ordered the 28th of november, received on the 14th of january. The paint is fairly complex for a paint by number (about 25 different colors) and the canvas seems to be of real paint canvas quality which we did not expect for such a small amount.

I agree with all the bad reviews. I ordered a canvas to paint on Dec. 7th. I was quickly charged but have yet to receive the canvas. The tracking number doesn't work & they say there is no record of my order number. Guess I can kiss my money goodbye. I'm glad it wasn't a larger amount.

DO NOT BUY FROM TECH-CRAFTY.......they changed the picture from the original name , between 11/7 and 11/9 when my son ordered for me for Christmas. It was not the correct picture. I decided to handle the exchange.....no response from message left on ( Wisconsin) voice mail .Address in Florida is a 728 sg ft house. After multiple emails of getting nowhere , I said I will write a bad review on poor service.....now they gave me a return address, which I had asked for 3 times before. It is 6 lines long...seems doubtful to me....the clincher is if I want tracking to China, the minimum is $60......more than cost of picture.
Anybody interested in “Green Forest River” 16x20 with DIY frame? ...surprising the quality is good ...I just didn’t want mountains in background, I’m from the South.

Whomever is giving this company anything over 1 star (1 star just for the concept of actually painting by numbers which by the way was copied from a legitimate company) has to be a paid spokesperson. They took my money and after countless emails apologizing for delays due to COVID and when I asked for a refund they stated no refund due to package being shipped. And here I am 10 months later with the company not responding to any of my emails. It was a total scam for me-those that have good things to say-good for you. They suck as a company for their customer service that gets their products from China. They can take my $85+ dollars and choke on it

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered from the shop on etsy 2 weeks ago and was given no tracking info at all (red flag). Haven't received my package still (was already charged) so I emailed their customer service, only to find out that their "Inbox is full"?? I checked etsy after and the shop is gone! I am FURIOUS right now.

Don't order. Ordered paint by numbers. Never got my product but got charged.

Absolutely horrible company, and makes you more aware to not buy until looking more into a company. This company has no contact phone number and they never respond to emails. I ordered something early November and it says it arrived to destination just yesterday. Well no that would be false because I don’t live in China and they are scamming me. No customer service at all and they literally have you buy a product and ship it to wrong location so chance you get a return either. It’s a same these companies exist. Warning to all, do not buy from them ever!

I ordered the paint by numbers kit for over $50.00 for Xmas gift got charged by ladie pops in Hong Kong, can not track package and have received nothing!! do not buy from them.
