Fantastic service and treatments from Marie. Absolutely lovely lady and a great treat for our hens.

I organised for Maria to do treatments for a Hen Do. She was absolutely lovely, talented, organised and stuck to the time schedule even though she was flexible with last minute changes to the booking. Would recommend!

We had the most perfect afternoon of girls massages arranged through my pamper party as part of a hen do. The organisation was great and the Massusist on the day was one of the best I have ever had. Thank you so much - the bride to be loved every minute! I will definitely be recommending you,

We hosted a pamper party for my 7y/o daughter at home in Berkshire and it was a huge success! We had two beauticians for 9 girls. They were very efficient, chatty and the mani/pedis were loved by all. Thank you!

My twins had the most amazing experience from start to finish for their 5th birthday. They had a manicure, pedicure and facial - which left them feeling thoroughly pampered. After considering a couple of companies offering hen party packages I went with My Pamper Party and thoroughly regret it. They make promises they can't keep and are dishonest. I planned a hen party months in advice for 13 ladies and was PROMISED however many therapists we needed. We received treatment choices and all the hens were excited to treat themselves... 2 days before the hen do I received an email telling me only one therapist was available as the other had a medical emergency. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and would hope companies wouldn't lie about medical emergencies however I strongly believe the reason was a complete lie..... Because I went into panic mode and decided to look on the Facebook page local to where the hen party was to see if I could find a therapist who could help, only to find posts by My Pamper Party employees asking for therapists for a party in the area. They had posted a month prior and then 3 days prior to my email.... They never had 2 therapists for our party but didn't even think to give me warning. I was raging. The therapist that did make it was nice and everyone enjoyed their treatment. And somehow someway i managed to find a replacement therapist who was absolutely lovely.
In summary.... Find your own reliable therapists, don't give your money to My Pamper Party (and if you do and are let down like me, be ready to have to chase for a refund as they are not forthcoming in that either).
If I'm honest I was concerned throughout my whole booking experience as the lady I was put in touch with was poor at communication, delayed responses to messages etc. And towards the end I did have a niggling feeling that something was wrong. They need to improve their service immensely.

We had Emma, Deborah and Magdalena come and do treatments for my cousins hen do - they were all absolutely brilliant! Everyone really enjoyed their treatments and we had a lovely morning/afternoon. Would definitely recommend!

Very disappointing. Not what we expected at all. My 12 yr old and 4 friends wanted a cool party vibe which was not what was delivered. There are much better spa party companies out there! For the money we spent it wasn’t worth it!

Hired for a hen party to come to the house we rented for the weekend.
Jo and Charlotte arrived on time and got everything set up for us. They were so lovely, and we're really kind when I had a bit of a cry.
Would highly recommend them.
Only thing I'd change is to have some quiet background music.

We had both Sam & Helen attend our party for our friends hen do. What an absolutely amazing experience. The treatments were just what the doctor ordered. Sam & Helen were both so nice, attentive & highly skilled at their job. We couldn’t stop talking about our treatments all weekend!

My daughter and her friends really enjoyed being pampered. They had a little hand and foot massage and painted hands and feet, such a lovely part idea.

My soon to be 10 year old daughter and 4 friends had a lovely pamper experience where they got to choose two of three treatments. They all chose to have a facial done and either toenails or nails painted. The girls were all excited and loved every minute of it as well as the little party packs with pamper goods inside! I would certainly look to book a session again through My Pamper Party!

We booked spa treatments for a small hen party and it was an enjoyable experience. Munawar was friendly, professional and provided us with a super relaxing couple of hours which was very much needed! Highly recommend My Pamper Party.

Our charity, Sebastian's Action Trust, booked a pamper session for some of our bereaved mum's as pert of a pamper sleepover at our respite centre. The ladies who arrived were fantastic and understanding and we couldn't be more thankful.

Our only downside is we should of booked for longer as they were so loved by all!

Will definitely book again!

Fabulous pamper party for 4 11 year old girls, the beauty therapist made sure all young ladies felt special and they all came out with there fingers and nails painted. I would definitely recommend this company for all young ladies needing a special 1st taster of a pamper. Thank you my pamper party. My daughter loved it .

I wanted a party for my daughter and a few friends who was about to turn 7. Lucy from My Pamper Party responded to a generic online enquiry and was so helpful and communicative from the start. I decided on the nail painting package and added on the personalised party bags. On the day the party was just perfect. The lady who came to do the girls nails was brilliant- she chatted with them and took her time with them and was so patient. All the girls loved the party. For me the whole process was so stress free and the price was far more favourable than other similar options I’d researched. The party bags looked great too. Lucy was brilliant throughout the process and I felt confident that everything would work out well on the day, just as it did! Great company and would definitely use again.

Brilliant service. I had to arrange a last minute bridal shower and they were able to accommodate and find an excellent therapist.
