My mum booked a spa session for myself and 8 others for my 40th birthday in London. I had reflexology and a facial and it was pure bliss. The therapist Susan was fantastic. The booking process was easy for my mum who sometimes struggles with these things. And our party coordinator couldn’t do enough to accommodate us.

Absolutely brilliant business! Our therapist was exceptional and was so patient with 5 eight year olds and made my daughter feel so special on her birthday. We also ordered the Kimonos and gift bags which were an absolute hit!
It was a pleasure dealing with such a competent business!

My husband booked me a pamper session for my 30th birthday, we had a great experience and would highly recommend!

Had a girls weekend in Leeds and booked my pamper party as a treat. Therapist was brilliant, listening to our individual needs. Customer service was great too, especially when faced with some last minute venue changes. Very accommodating. Thank you!

Wouldnt recommend. Was booked for 7 adults 2 children. Booked massages and alternates for kids. She emailed me to let me know. They cancelled on me day before due to sickness and had no back up in place. Totaly unacceptable.

Booked for my sister hen party and were left disappointed. Party of twelve booked for 40 minute treatments each.
We were supposed to have two therapists and one did not arrive and her phone was turned off. The therapist who did arrive was already filling in for another who had gone sick and was only able to work until a set time as she had another party to go to. I tried to call the party planner who also did not answer but responded via text only. Initially she was only willing to refund people who had not had treatments which I explained was not good enough as my party had been completely ruined and eventually she agreed to a full refund which was received. Although she communicated with me via text, she did not offer any alternative (other than a refund) explaining it was too late to find another therapist when I asked if this was possible. She did apologise and stated this had never happened before. As much as I appreciate this is probably true I feel that no back up plan in this event is terribly poor management.

I would however like to praise Nicky (the therapist who did turn up!) she was amazing and worked with me to try and get as many of my group a treatment as possible. She suggested cutting our original 40 minute treatment to 20 minutes each so she could fit in as many as she had time for which meant that most of my group got something. This was nothing to do with the party planner herself. Nicky also stayed half an hour later than she was meant to to do this. Nine of my party received a 20 minute treatment leaving three who did not. The treatments she provided were lovely. If only we could have had our full time each. If I could, I would give her personally 5 stars. Such a lovely lady and so helpful given the situation she had been left in. Thank you Nicky, you’re a star.

Sadly this experience ruined the atmosphere of my sisters hen do and she was left disappointed which isn’t what any maid of honour wants for her bride!

Booked two therapists as a relaxing treat for a group of girls and had horrendous issues. One therapist did not turn up at all and one phoned in sick. Left with a group of very unhappy ladies who have travelled a long way for a relaxing weekend away. Day totally ruined and had to spend so much time trying to contact the company. Let’s hope we get a refund….

At a hen party and a therapist did not turn up and the one that came could not stay for the allotted time because she was a fill-in therapist who had to leave early for another party (this lady was lovely by the way - not her fault at all). This would have resulted in over half of our hen party not receiving treatments which they had paid for. The host made suggestions about sending a replacement and was told it’s too late.The therapist we had suggested cutting the treatment time in half so more people could receive a treatment. This suggestion did not come from higher up and the host was left organising who could get what and when rather than enjoying her day too. Three people did not receive any treatment at all. We received a refund only after the host pushed how upset the hen was. It was not about the money for any of us. The experience was upsetting, unacceptable and ruined our day.

If I could score 0 out of 5 stars I would! Avoid using them. Were due to have two therapists attend a Hen party. One therapist called in sick so were told another would come but could only do reduced hours. On the day, only the lady filling in showed up. More than half the hen party missed out on treatments and ruined our whole day as this was all we had planned. Customer service from management is below par, didn’t even receive a phone call of apology and offered no alternative. Completely unacceptable service.

Arranging the pamper party from start to finish was really easy. Lucy was very helpful in setting up the session and communication was excellent. Our therapist Debbie & Mandy were fabulous. Friendly, professional and they really made our pamper party very special.

We used My Pamper Party for Hen do and we had 2 therapists come to our house. Magdelena and Emma were super and made us all feel at ease, and everyone enjoyed their treatments. I would highly recommend My Pamper Party to attend anyone's special occasion.
The only thing I would say is that the massage's were split between the 2 therapists and maybe the therapists should chat to each other, to make sure the massages were done the same way.

Overall, I cannot recommend this pamper party company enough. From their attentive customer service to the skillful and friendly masseuses, they exceeded all expectations. They will undoubtedly create a pamper party that will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and utterly pampered.

My Pamper Party made it really easy to book treatments for my daughter's 13th birthday party. The girls enjoyed having their nails done and the therapist was experienced, with a good selection of nail varnishes. The cost was reasonable and for a small charge I had the option to add personalised spa theme favour bags.

Booking was super easy and we were able to have a range of treatments for an excellent price. Our therapist was lovely and everyone at the hen party enjoyed their treatment. Thank you

Fantastic service. Lucy was lovely and managed to accommodate a last minute booking for my daughter's birthday. The girls loved the pampering session (facial and manicure). Selina the therapist was professional throughout and really made the experience special. I would definitely recommend. 😊

Order of personalised spa slippers didn’t process due to a “technical hitch” unable to contact via phone or online chat. Did receive a response via email but still no refund!!

The beauty therapist (Maria) I had at my hen party was such a great addition. She was extremely friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. One of my flower girls smudged her nail varnish within a few minutes of having them done, and Maria was more than happy to re-do them, which made one little girl very happy! Everyone that had treatments at my party thoroughly loved the experience, and I definitely recommended the foot and hand massage. Thank you, Maria, for making my hen do so enjoyable 🙂
