I don’t usually leave reviews, however I felt like I needed to for this company. Russel provided me with great customer service, and the book was packaged and delivered very quickly after placing my order.

Russ and Jay were both amazing from my initial email inquiry about a piece of Paul Oz work that had just been released but in the process of updating the website, to then sourcing me the specific edition number that I requested. They really do go the extra mile and to keep you updated through out. This is my 4th purchase from them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

In a world where we make a lot of online 'faceless' purchases, it was great to receive a friendly, personal & professional service from Jay & Russell. Rarely have I been as impressed with the communication, efficiency and friendliness of a business - Picture Perfect Gallery are utterly brilliant and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Russ & Jay have been superb, even if we threw some fairly hefty (and amusing) obstacles in their way - didn't help that my wife and I ordered exactly the same sculpture from them 4 weeks apart (we clearly know each other too well!)
