It is always a concern buying on the internet - but these guys were brilliant ! Russell was very helpful and kept us informed at all stages of the process - also the prices are very competitive and the quality great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PPG to anyone else

From a cost perspective, PPG were competitive and a significant saving compared with their competitors. From a personal perspective levels of service, information flow and customer facing attitude often negate price however PPG provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, very personal and involved throughout the process and a pleasure to buy from. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again and highly recommend them to others. A big thumbs up and thank you from me.

Having purchased a framed Doug Hyde as a birthday present for my wife, delivery by the required date was a challenge, I spoke to Russ, who assured me that he and the Team would do everything possible to make sure the picture was with me on time.

Despite a hiccup in the supply to them, the PPG Team sorted everything, kept me informed, and as good as their word prioritised my request to ensure everything possible was done to get the beautifully framed picture to me ahead of time. I then received a follow up email and call after delivery to make I was totally delighted.

I bought a Doug Hyde print from Picture Gallery. They sourced the print for me, so it took a few days for them to receive it. The communication was excellent, having regular updates on delivery dates. It arrived when they said it would and when it arrived it was superbly packed.

I ordered a Doug Hyde picture as a birthday present with pretty tight time scales, Russ and the guys pulled out all the stops to make sure this was received within the timeframe required. Really excellent service from Picture Perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for Russ who went out of his way to find us the perfect frame for our beautiful picture. He kept us informed along the way and the picture was delivered within 3 weeks of our initial enquiry.
