My Planning Drawings Avaliações

I was in desperate need of elevation drawings for my planning application and found my planning drawings online. Booked a call today and i spoke with Tom who is very knowledgeable and told me exactly what i need. I opted for their express service and the arrived as promised. Great Service

We have been dealing with my planning drawing for the last few months as we went with the full package of planning drawings as well as drawings for building control and structural calculations for our extension. I saying the whole process very streamlined and professional and I would without any hesitation recommend my planning drawings to anyone

This review has been updated on request of trust pilot as it has issues with the name of ownwr although that's not an issue for all the other reviews. Anyway it's the same person mentioned in the other reviews. owner of myplanningdrawings appointed us to carry out structural calculations for an extension project in Wembly. Despite contacting numerous times, Project payment remains due after more than a year. We Delivered all of the structural files to the customer and did not receive any response for the payment from him except it will be paid, chasing customer, no response at all...Due to non payment we cannot provide follow up services to the customer...very irresponsible and a con man.....avoid and save your time, money and stress.

Tom has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process and excellent in communicating. We needed building regulation drawings within 3 days which he produced to a high standard. We would definitely recommend Tom and use him for future projects.

We engaged Tom to help us with an estate management scheme application where we were required to submit floor plan and elevations for our conservatory rebuild and replacement of a kitchen door with a window. We required a quick turnaround and, from the start, Tom was very quick and clear with his responses and loved that he was upfront with the costs. He undertook an on-site visit and was very friendly, professional and efficient. The drawings provided were great. We are pending a response on the application but would definitely recommend Tom!!

Tom has taken so much stress off our shoulders! We were battling with a previous architect who was just taking so long to respond. We receive an enforcement notice for an extension that we were told would fall under permitted development. Took care of everything for us for a fair cost. Fully recommend and will definitely use again

Tom has been a lifesaver. North Devon Council have been a nightmare to deal with along with a previous designer that I was not going to bother. Tom took care of everything for us and we couldn't thank him and the team enough 🙏

We are replacing our windows and having partial roof replacement to our roof. Our property is listed and we didn’t realise the hoops we needed to jump through, we found my planning drawings online and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone

I was having an issue satisfing my councils requirements. Just kept getting letters saying the application was invalid. Quick Google search and found my planning drawings. Easy to book a call and very polite and knowledgeable

Fantastic drawings, just what I asked for to get me through planning. Good communication, would highly recommend

After trying and failing to submit our own drawings for a dropped kerb we found Tom who knew exactly what was needed from the start. The drawings were ready as agreed and accepted first time from the council.

Simple service and will definitely use again in the future

We used my planning drawings for a new workshop in our garden. Told us everything we needed to provide and drawings were accepted by our council. Easy process

Engaged tom to do drawings for a single storey extension, done the the roof and floor wrong first off, once he listened to the brief got it correct. After a long wait once he told me that the plans had been uploaded to the planning portal, I was informed by the council that no application had been submitted, excuse was he'd been busy. After that he wouldn't answer the phone or reply to messages. Totally unprofessional and a liar do not use this service. A.Stewart

Easy to work with, all on time as agreed, would use again and will.

Been really impressed with Tom. Found online for assistance with some amended drawings and a variation to an existing planning application.

I was responded to within minutes on a Sunday and from there it's been a really good journey. With much simplicity Tom produced exactly what we needed and also helped deal with the planning authority on our behalf.

I would make Tom my first port of call for any future needs. Thank you.

Received prompt, efficient service for our building regulation drawings, straightforward and hassle-free.

Probably the worst correspondence ever, small project, plans got rejected, suvere delay to works waiting on response, out of pocket, dreadfull

I contacted the company via WhatsApp after finding them on Google as I needed a block plan for a planning permission application. This is the first application I’ve submitted so I am a total novice. Tom messaged me straight back, told me exactly what I needed to send over to him, gave me a quote and within two days sent me the completed drawing. I was super impressed at how easy and fast this service was and would definitely recommend and use them again should I need to.

I used Tom to let me have plans for a home office to the side of our property. The Local Council are pernickety and I had to go back to Tom for some more plans, which he quickly and efficiently delivered.
It was all done within a matter of days and I was pleased with the work and quality.
The fee wasn't wanted or asked for until after I had approved the plans.

I have used Tom a couple of times now and would recommend his services.

His responses were fast and he was prompt in assisting with what I required.

I used his express service recently and the project was delivered faster than promised.

As advertised, I didn't pay a penny until the drawings were produced and I was satisfied with them.

I will use Tom again in the future for our projects.
