We are so pleased with Will Hayton and his team at Buckingham. They were professional, courteous and the results of their work is brilliant. We had our gutters cleaned and our drive jet washed. The impact of their work on the overall look of our house is great and we had not been able to achieve the same results ourselves previously. We were recommended Property Pros from a neighbour and we will be recommending them on to others and will be using them again in the future.

Fantastic service from Will of My Property Pros Buckingham from start to finish. I contacted them regarding a complete external clean and received a response extremely quickly. I was offered a free no obligation assessment and quote for the work. Will came over and explained all of the different services they were able to offer and assessed the areas needing cleaning. He was extremely professional and filled me with confidence that they would do a thorough job. Once I received the quote it was very easy to book in a day and time and on the day the team arrived promptly and did an excellent job. We also chose to have our conservatory cleaned both inside and out, they went above and beyond and even removed some old blinds for me as part of the valet. They did an incredible job, all the windows were left spotless and house looked so much brighter after they had finished. A massive thank you to Will and the team, I would highly recommend and will certainly be using them again in the future.

James came to the property a couple of weeks before his actual appointment so that we could discuss what he could do. There was a fair amount of work so on the day arranged James cracked on with the job and didn’t top until it was complete which took all afternoon. Very impressed with the result, unblocked and cleaned gutters, clean fascia's, and clean windows. James also did a great job on our conservatory which hadn’t been cleaned since built 4 years ago! A job well down and already pencilled James to come back in the spring.

What a fantastic job the lads from the Newport franchise did on Wednesday. They removed the moss from the roof and cleaned the facias and guttering. It was such an awkward and difficult roof as it was a low pitch and the back of the house slopes away, so they used their drone for guidance.
As they said, no job is too difficult for them.
They still found time after all that to clean our windows as well.
I can't praise them enough. Thank you.

It’s an excellent service. I always have plenty of notice as to which day they’re coming and when they clean they do a great job. The one time I thought there was an issue, Chris came back straight away, but it turned out to be my window, not their cleaning, that was at fault!

New Window Cleaning Customer… Got a quote from Lee and the team after they were referred to me by multiple Neighbours. Quoted via email after an onsite visit. This first visit wasn’t a normal clean as I wanted the mastic cleaned around the windows as the previous window cleaned told me it wasn’t possible. When I came home after the work had been completed I was blown away with the results. Great communication, Fantastic job. Would definitely recommend A+ Service

I'm happy with the service we got from the Newport franchise- they turned up on time, took care in what they were doing, considered impact to neighbours and where necessary cleaned up accordingly, they returned the area back to how they found it.
We had a roof and deck clean, results are as good as can be expected given the rigours of weather over time. Massive difference in the roof in comparison to neighbours, improves kerbside appeal and means no more moss bombs on the patio, at least in the short/medium term. I think only time will tell if good value turns into excellent value for money.

I was introduced to Stuart Smart of My Property Pros, Bournemouth, through a mutual colleague, who noted that he comes highly recommended for exterior cleaning. Our patio was fitted around 12 years ago, and while we have invested in regular annual cleaning, over time it had become badly stained from falling leaves, weather, spillages, and—more recently—endless seagull mess. Gutters cleared and windows gleaming, even went the extra mile and took some old sticky adhesive from a door bell off the door frame.

William visited our house today for a gutter clean and also clean of the window frames. The job was completed to an extremely high standard and some extra work was even completed on the window sills. We have even now decided to use this company as our regular window cleaner too. Really genuine and trust worthy company. Would recommend.
