Our best experience of the sustainable nappies
We tried a range of more sustainable nappies and these ones were the most reliable and best fit. Decent value and reliable too. The one downer is their wipes don't come out of the pack easily when pulling with one hand, which is a recurrent pain in the middle of nappy changing.

We really rate these nappies
We really rate these nappies (and pull ups). They are much kinder on our baby's skin that many other brands.
The subscription service is great - super speedy delivery and easy to amend.
Customer service has always been great too - very quick responses and very helpful.
As the nappies come in bulk, I thought it would be a bit of a pain if baby moved up a size and we still had lots of nappies to get through, but we have never had a huge amount left over as babys often sit between sizes for a while so you can prepare. If we do have anny leftovers we donate to charity.
The only thing I would add is that Pura appeared to stop doing Size 4 pull ups and start at size 5 now instead.

Fairly good but hated the blowouts!
Love what the brand stands for good quality, chemical free soft diapers but hated the fact the my little one would get blowouts most of the time! The diapers would wedge into his buttocks!

However we're sorry that your little one experienced blowouts with our diapers. When this does occur this is usually due to the sizing not being quite right, usually when it's time to size up. This should hopefully resolve any issues with leaks or blowouts!

Really impressed with the nappy recycling trial in Bristol. Customer service answered questions really quickly and it makes such a difference to have nappies collected from home.

Environmentally responsible products
We tried puras nappies and wipes. The nappies are fab, so soft against little ones bottom! The wipes are very environmentally friendly which i love, however when you take a wipe out of the packet it was 50/50 whether it would come out or rip/tear into small pieces. Manageable most of the time but exasperating when you have a poinami to deal with. I guess this is the tradeoff for being flushable and "green" (i can genuinely believe theyre flushable and biodegradeable because they disintegrate even during use) but i probably wouldn't use the wipes again because of the "rip-ability"

Its non toxic and absorbs really well that why buying this product but there is one problem that they have pants from size 5 above 12kg you should also he panties in size 4 like others brands because toddler of this age make it very difficult for us to put them in nappies

We have had a very good experience, very prompt delivery especially if need to order it quickly. Good delivery with good notifications and time slots. The nappies are really soft and absorbent.

Just writing a review now as I can now longer find the eco degradable pet wipes for sale. Had previously bought these in multiple packs for delivery which was great. They lasted ages and loved the big sized wipes. Hoping they’re back for sale soon.

One of the best nappy brands
Mypura nappies are great, my daughters never had a rash whilst using Mypura nappies. They are good quality, no smell. Your child won't have any accidents if they are put on correctly (little wings are out) and you change regularly. I was using Japanese nappies before as they were the only ones that did not give rash and they used less chemicals. I was very pleased when I was recommended to try Mypura by another mom. I like the subscription option and if you about to run out you can always order extra and they will be delivered the next day. They are also in competition with high street nappies price wise. The most important thing you child's skin friendly. And I can say 100% that they keep your child's bum rash free because when we were abroad and I needed to purchase one of the high street popular brands my child has a rash the next day. I recommend to any who is about to be a parent.

Poor customer response
Unfortunately, your customer service response to my complaint on your courier delivery service felt very dismissive. This was in spite of my clearly stating that I was very disappointed that my nappies were not delivered to the door, and my inability to be more mobile due to a C section. Very disappointing indeed.
