terrible company, swimming costume is very bad quality, I want to refund but they do not replay to e-mails, will do chargeback

Impossible to deal with by email.
I wanted to return item but address is in China and at my expense. Looks like I will have to keep item.

If I could have given no stars I would have done! Disgusting service. Shoes were far too big even though I followed sizing advice. Took weeks to arrive and they were absolute rubbish! I asked for return address but emails just kept bouncing back. These people are scammers, DO NOT USE!

I decided to buy my self a coat I saw this company had a sale on online there products looked ok there was a jacket that caught my eye do not be fooled it was original price was £80 and I paid £48 i wouldn’t even wanna pay £48 the quality when it arrived and it took over 3 weeks to be delivered like I would expect a company that has London in there name to deliver from London quality of the jacket was disgusting. It wasn’t even two XL

Do not use Mysa London. Unfortunately I read the reviews too late and all emails were ignored or bounced back when I tried to enquire about returning the inadequate item they sent me. I ended up going through my bank to get the money back.

Thi is a scam company. I ordered a pair of trainers in which was dispatched via Evri (another bad compamy). However, I never received the order and received notification the parcel was returned. I them emailed Mysalondon to complain and asked an update. They emailed me back offering resending the parcel and to confirm my address. However, once replied I received postmaster failure reply. Since them. I'm trying to contact Mysalondon . No replies, I used other emails but nothing. It says the inbox is full. So I lost my money...

Why oh why didn’t I read reviews before ordering. Item didn’t arrive , it was on the way, then heading back to the airport !!, then on its way again. Endless “it’ll be anytime soon guff”.
I do few reviews as I prefer to praise, but this is the worst online purchase I’ve ever made. Still no sign after two months of something that was promised “within seven to ten days”.

I’m planning to get my bank to pursue them for a refund. Do Not order from this company, but I can assure them I Will get my money back .

Illegal returns policy, they will not allow you to return items or refund you for the cheap tat that they sell

I purchased a swimsuit from Mysa London, it took over 2 weeks to arrive and it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. When I tried to return it I was told I couldn’t return it because it comes under their Hygienic Products Policy.
They have the audacity to suggest I purchase something else which will cost me an additional £8:50 for postage.

Purchased a raincoat cost forty pounds 5 pound premium delivery took three weeks to come. When this coat did eventually arrived it was thin plastic rubbish would never use this firm again was nothing like the coat pictured. Mrs Rose Moir.

DO NOT BUY !! Bought the dress and it was nothing like on the description, really disappointed with quality. Ass soon as i open the pack i send an email that i am not satisfied and i want to return the dress , emails coming back as the sellers email is full so no chance to get my money back. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

If I could put ZERO stars I would! Absolutely awful experience that is still unresolved and now all my emails are being ignored. This company is dodgy!!! I ordered a telescope for my sons Xmas present late last year. It never arrived so I had to buy a replacement on Amazon. I contacted them and it took ages for them to reply. Mysa claimed my item was delivered and they tried to prove this by sending me a picture of someone's hand putting an unmarked package into a bin! I have been back and forth for weeks trying to get a refund but they are refusing and now they have stopped responding to my emails. They have essentially stolen from me at a time when money is tight. Absolute sharks!!

Wished I had read reviews of Mysa London before I purchased men's swimming trunks for an upcoming holiday. Have never seen such poor cheap quality of clothing and would not dream of letting anyone wear them. Trunks came from China but thir webpage is Mysa London - what an absolute scam and total waste of money.

Hi. Took 2 weeks to be delivered.The quality of the track suit is very poor really cheap looking. Not like the photo on the site. Wish i had read the reviews before buying.
Really don't bother not worth it.

Ordered a jumper that was too big. Wanted to return this and at first was getting replies. Had to take photos of jumper. Then was offered any second item for £9.90 and would not have to return jumper. Emailed to say I still did not want jumper. Company now no longer replying to emails and saying mailbox is full! Very unsatisfactory!

Avoid at all costs - absolutely horrific to deal with. I expect their company is a scam. The product they sent doesn't match the website item (displayed as a beautiful sage green coat, I received a lime green cheap imitation - I didn't even take it out of it's packaging). I tried to contact them to return the item but their inbox was always full. They ask for photos and videos, but their inbox is full so they can't receive the response. Thir product are awful, their customer service dismal and I expect their objective is that people give up. Avoid this company at all costs.

Lounge suit arrived such poor quality material.stitching poor ,sizing poor I emailed but it got returned.i am not going bother contacting them ,as reviews are pretty much saying trying to get a refund is out the question.So it will go in the bin where it belongs.so don’t order anything from This site .

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM MYSA. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a shirt and not only did it take weeks to arrive, they sent the wrong one! Their inbox keeps getting full so half of my emails bounce back and when they told me to return the shirt for a refund, the address is in China. So this is a Chinese brand not a London one (despite the name) or even Dutch as per the website. Avoid at all costs. Please.
