Waited a long time for product to arrive. Product was far too small so emailed to ask how to return it. I then realised it is a Chinese based company not in London which is very misleading. Emailed several times only to find their in box was constantly full. Their customer service is non-existent. I am now stuck with a unusable product worth £78.00.

Wish I had read reviews! Total scam. Sent wrong items then say can’t return as underwear which I didn’t order. Poor quality and not as advertised. This is a Chinese scam company using fake pictures of items to advertise. BEWARE!

Avoid at all costs, website gives impression they are in London when in fact I waited 9 days for an extremely poor product to arrive which I paid £17.95 and wouldn't be worth more than a few pence

Agree with other reviews. Advert is completely misleading. My item was listed as made from linen but it is actually polyester which I don't buy for environmental reasons. On contacting them the mailbox was full. AVOID!

Not even 1 star. Wish I had read trustpilot before ordering and parting with my money. Took 3 weeks and it is nothing like the picture just cheap tat. I asked to cancel and have a refund before it was shipped as saw it was a scam but they just told me already shipped. DONT BUY OFF THEM WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Very sceptical this is London based, took too long to arrive. My chaser email was replied to was comparable to a supplier I bought from before Christmas (also appeared to be overseas) I ordered for a birthday present and was late. Item advertised 50% off. The cosmetic bag is not worth 50% price. So be very wary my item was extremely overpriced and misleading.

I believe this company was dissolved in June 2025. Check out companies website.
I've also sent email to Martin Lewis MSE to see if they'll investigate. Pure scammers, email box always full so if you send an email they reply but you can't reply to them. You have to send a new email from their website and you never speak to the same person twice. They think you're stupid. How anyone can work for them and hold their head up I don't know.

Claim to be Mysa of London, however have since found out that they trade from China hence my delivery arriving too late! Poor quality, didn't even try on as I no longer needed it. They will not provide me with a refund as it is a tankini with bottoms. It does not state in their terms and conditions that as an online company you can not return swimwear items!
Poor customer service. Please avoid

It's a scam makes you think it's in London I ordered a dress for £35 looked lovely on pics. I knew id been scammed when I tracked the item and it was in China. When it finally came it was awful nothing like pics cheap material and badly stitched. I enquired about a refund but have to pay shipping for return so didn't not wasting more money.

I was led to believe it was easy to return and I assumed this would be London. I bought a coat that is way beyond the stated measurements. When I tried to return I kept getting a message saying box full and then would get a reply offering me everything but a return. When I finally said yet again I want to return I was given the address in CHINA that would cost me more than the cost of the coat to return! I pointed this out and now I am again getting box full but now no reply. They are scammers!!!

Fraud company!!! Poor quality. No valid contact number and email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM!!!

I want to return a cardigan and have answered their queries on why it's unsuitable but when I try to replay the emails keep bouncing back. I can't get through on the phone number provided
If this is a dodgy company, I will get my bank to retrieve the money as I should be able to return the item without all this hassle and get a refund
My advice is stay well clear of Mysa

SCAM!! Don't buy from these people. They sent inferior items and pretended to deal with my return but the emails just ended up bouncing back. No refund. They take the money and run.

The company is a fraud. According to Companies House its dissolved,nevertheless it is still advertising on most sites.
Full of Christmas joy I ordered a "shearling" jacket, without doing my usual checks. Only when I checked delivery, as other customer, did I find it was from China.
Still I thought it can't be that bad. When it arrived it wasn't ,it was worse! Horrid, vile, nasty, no description covers this pretend garment.
I text them to be told if I wanted refund I'd have to return it to China at my expense only then would they decide on refund.
This company based in a tower block in Croydon should be avoided at all costs.
Sorry to say, just to confirm my policy of NEVER BUY CHINESE.
Would not have given it a star if there was a lower alternative.

The product I ordered (rolling knife sharpner) has not arrived, no respnse to emails. Email box is full so email not delivered.

Please do not order from this company. Check the terrible reviews and look at the website for Jesse London if you are in any doubt and you will see the same story many times over. These thieves trade under various different names with the sole purpose of scamming people.

Scam company! They give the impression they are based in London. Waited for weeks for something to arrive. When it finally arrived it was completely different to the image. In order to get a refund you have to email the company. Surprise surprise I can’t get any response. Absolute thieves… usually I’d pay with PayPal but it wasn’t an accepted payment option. I now know why. AVOID!

Very misleading. Sounds like they are based in UK (uses UK email address) however it is all shipped from China. I ordered a ‘ Sherpa’ blanket which was very poor quality and beyond thin fabric. Not the plush warm Sherpa wool promised. DO NOT ORDER if you want any sort of quality

Just wasted my money, I ordered a XL coat but received a XS size. I spent £50 on a coat and the quality is terrible, it’s thin and scratchy. First time I’ve been scammed and I’m so upset.
