Horrific time dealing with this company. Made my purchase on 30 April and it said on my invoice to be dispatched after 14 May and it did not turn up til Mid August. First desk received was rusty! All brown marks on which would not come off (see other review on here about this). I emailed in pictures and the company sent me a replacement new desk in which the in-built phone charger did not work and was not down to a simple loose connection. Was faulty. After waiting SO long, all I got was hassle, stress and so much unnecessary wasted time.

As a Smart Desk purchaser, I was offered a discount to purchase DOTGRID10 accessories. The code didn’t work online but via web chat the team sorted everything out for me quickly. The gear is superb too!

Loved everything about this - the process, communication, the desk itself.

I would prefer a top not in glass as gets dirty very quickly.

The desk is simply amazing, and at the touch of a button I can either stand or sit to work. The operation is incredibly smooth and the construction is of the highest quality. I would highly recommend The My smart desk team have been really easy to deal with.

Lovely desk which arrived about three weeks after I placed the order which I was fully informed of and kept up to date. Arrived in two packages at the same time which were indeed heavy but really well packaged so no damage at all guaranteed. Desk was easy to put together with two people and all tools provided. Beautiful desk and such a great treat to be able to change the height according to each task. Very well made indeed and looks great and has a slim footprint and very sleek and modern but also clearly strong too. I am very pleased I bought this desk and use it for crafts, sewing and writing and even ironing small fabric pieces. Each requires a different height and now this is all possible without straining my back. iPhone wireless and USB connections another bonus, along with the touch controls with ‘lock ‘ when not required. There is also a slim ‘secret’ drawer that pulls out from the front which I love. For me, maybe the USB sockets being placed on the right side of the table might have been easier for me but that is only personal preference and takes nothing at all away from this table. Lucky me.

Exellent communication on delivery and the desk is easy to assemble. The desk itself looks great is straightforward to use and perfect for what I was looking for.

I have had it a few days and I like it. Perfect for what I need. The first one delivered was smashed by poor delivery but they replaced instantly with no fuss straight away.

Great desk - well made and robust. Construction and operation very simple but disappointed that the desk doesn't include power supply presentation and cable management trays. This is especially important as any external supply cabling needs to have slack to accommodate the rise/fall of the desk height.

I ordered the desk on 30/04/21 and still have not received my desk!
It is disgraceful!
A series of false promises and failed deadlines.
Smart desks took my order and money over 4 months ago, and still no desk.

Bought for a GP with a bad back and he is delighted at the quality and flexibility the desk offers him. Incredibly easy to put together and operate.

Upon receipt of my Smartdesk, the glass on the desktop was unfortunately smashed. I contacted the company and they were fantastic in sending a replacement straight away and arranged the uplift of the old one. I cannot fault the company; great customer service (Jess in particular) provided.

Product seems good and well made. However delivery took over 4 weeks longer than originally stated when i placed my order.

Excellent, great quality desk. Very easy to use. Standing at your desk just feels so much more comfortable, especially during short meetings. Highly recommended.

Great service from MySmartDesk! The desk arrived when expected and although the desk top was damaged a replacement was sent out the following day. The desk is great, easily assembled and simple to programme different height settings. It changes height smoothly and there is a discrete drawer for concealing a keyboard and mouse. Would recommend to anyone with back pain after hunching over the kitchen table for the last 18 months.
