We had to wait 10 weeks ( 3 februari) for 3 pairs of shoes and thought we had been ripped off, but today 7 weeks after ordering they are in! It is well worth to wait, very happy!

I ordered a pair of shoes at January still not arrived, now It is April. they said be patient once, I thought it is okay during the corona virus maybe it takes more time...then they promised 24hours costumer support, they did not even answer to my email. IWANT MY MONEY BACK and I am gonna do the next steps for this. they simply just stole your money.

Totally recommended, very good quality shoes, they take a little more than a month to arrive but for the price and quality it is worth it, I will definitely buy again!

Shoes took almost a month to arrive... but they were good quality. They were nice and gave me a tracking number so at least I knew where my order was. Recommend if you want good shoes and don’t mind waiting a bit for them.

Ordered back in January and received nothing, I’ve messaged them multiple times on Instagram and heard nothing back. It’s awful what they’re doing. I’m reporting the Instagram account and I think everyone else should too.

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe Nike che, prima cosa, sono arrivate in una busta da corriere e non nella scatola classica ed in più dalla foto non si evince che c'è un pellicciotto vicino i lacci esteticamente poco gradevole.

After waiting almost four months for my sneakers and getting every excuse possible as to why there were delays they finally arrived. The quality of the leather and manufacturing is extremely poor. The soles are very hollow and give you no support under the foot. After writing them an email expressing my disappointment there response was as follows:

According to our privacy policy, which you can read by accessing our website, we only make returns or refunds when the shoes are in poor condition.
In this case, it is practically priceless. (could not find this statement anywhere in there privacy policy)

I would seriously avoid this business at all costs. I cant help thinking its a second rate factory and business cutting corners everywhere to bank more margin $$.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely inadequate customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes (payment went through) in December. Today is April 1st and nothing. No response to my IG dms (“24/7 chat”????) and the one email I received said my order would be shipped in the following days, which was a lie. They answered no more of my emails and have not refunded my money, regardless of the fact that they continue to post actively on social media’s. Absolutely unacceptable. I have reported fraud to my bank. Do NOT order!

Scammers!! Ordered in December, still didn't receive the order. Costumer service don't reply and once they reply they lie about the order. Don't buy from them!!!

I'm giving 4 stars due to webpage. I think it would be good if customer's could write under shoes with reviews, also if could payment be updated to something better as my card wouldn't work had to use my dad. Jordans came as expected id go a size up as can be narrow. I love them. Paid 60 odd and considering they're going for 400 odd. I didnt get them for the price tag I got them cause I love the look of the shoe. Customer service was great, kept in contact with me throughout and helped satisfy any queries I had. Hopefully In future waiting time can be reduced. Thank you

Poor quality shoes. Not being able to do a return end get a refund. I sent them some pictures and they replied that for them they were not imperfections so they would not make a refund.

My Granddaughter ordered some trainers from this site with her Christmas money, in January they have still not arrived service is disgraceful.
