He hecho más de un pedido, soy de Barcelona y os puedo asegurar que los pedidos tardan meses en llegar. La espera es muy larga y durante este tiempo nadie se pone en contacto contigo para darte ninguna información. Llevaba esperando un pedido 5 meses cuando decido ponerme en contacto con ellos y ver que pasaba, y es cuando me contestan que las bambas no estan en stock, después de 5 MESES, no lo sabían antes, verdad? No podian comentar-lo antes? Me parece fatal. Después de esto me dicen que pueden enviarme otras y ya llevo 2 meses esperando alguna información. Hoy 17/03 me pongo en contacto con ellos para que me hagan una devolución del dinero.

I ordered shoes 4 months ago (December) and still not came. Terrible customer service even though they advertise 24/7 customer service on their website. Tried email and Instagram yet still no reply. Having to dispute it with my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. scammers.

I ordered mid January and for 3 weeks straight (the past 3 weeks) the email response each week is “your order will be shipped this week” the latest one was “it takes 7-30 days” it’s been two months and I’ve received no shoes no tracking no updates. It’s extremely frustrating because they do have good reviews but it seems that they just take a little bit longer. But not 2 months with no word. It’s unfortunate sites like this makes a bad rep for other similar sites. I’ll be sticking to Kingwalk in future and unfortunately have learned my lesson of being scammed of 115€. A lot of people have been scamming in 2020 & 2021 seemingly because of a pandemic and it’s disgusting.

Es una estafa, llevo mandándoles correos, mails, etc y no contestan, me dijeron de 7 a 30 días, pedí mis zapatillas el 5 de enero y a 1 de marzo aun no me han contestado,ni me han llegado ni me han pasado un número de seguimiento.

Pedí unas zapatillas el 10 de enero,no ha llegado nada y no contestan los correos ni devuelven el dinero,me parece una estafa

This site is a scam. I ordered 2 months ago and I don’t have shoes nor my money. I spent 120€ and I didn’t get anything. They don’t respond to my messages even when they say they have 24/7 customer service.

Please be careful and do not trust them.

This is a scam! I ordered 2 months ago and they never answered me on ig and email! They never answered anyone! A lot of people complain that they don’t receive their orders ! I spent 170$ for ignorance!
Please don’t trust this scammers ! I’m super super super frustrated

I placed an order on 30 October and the shoes still didn't came(Its more than 3 months). Customer service is absolutely shocking they answers are always the same. Don't order on this page its a big time scam!!

Where do i start!! placed the order on the 27th October 2020. I have been asking for a refund as the company policy says they will refund you if you don't receive your order in 60 days (THEY WILL NOT). they are refusing to refund me and will not give me updates on shipping. "they will get there when they get there" Disgusting customer service! I am without my money and without the product i ordered. I will be going to trading standards and seeking legal advice!

We waited for a month and half, but it's worth it!!!!! The shoes are great, super and very beautiful in all details! The best present for my daughter. I will definitely make another order. Recommended!!!!!!

Ordered a pair of trainers for my sisters birthday and they came right on time! Be sure to place an order in advance because they do take a few weeks but really worth the wait- amazing shoes!
