I order in facebook an item. After i pay. It will direct to your website. That i will be pay your membership. This is scam. Not good experience. I don’t know how this happened. Be fair, not used the video of other item.

It is a fraud webpage and company. 3 moths ago I wanted to buy a thing for €1. Instead of €1, they put me in a gold membership package and automatically deducted €43 from my account.
I immediatelly wrote to the support team that it is a mistake. They didn't reply for a month and then automatically deducted €43 every month.
When I wrote to them again, they told me that they could only refund me half of the amount automatically deducted.
Now, after three cancellations, they have still not been able to cancel my Gold membership package, and they lied to me that they had cancelled it and charged me €43 again.
I am going to consumer protection because it is a fraud.
No money has been refunded yet.
Do not buy from the website. It is a fraud.

Went to buy an item and I’ve been charged and haven’t received anything and their taking money out my account each month for something I didn’t buy.

Without my knowledge, they had used my personal data (adress, my card number, etc.) and started paying membership for them. The moment i realised I was kosing monthly aprox. 6€ I wrote them complaiment in order ti refund money. I talket to my lawyer and we are preparing lawsuit against them. Yesterday I recieved mail to write a good grade experience if I want full refund. I have a screenshot of their mail as better evidence in lawsuit.

Bunch of thiefs! I bought an item that never arrived almost a month ago, and now they're charging me for a membership that I've never done, it's so dishonest of you to steal from people like that.

This is a scam, 100%. Bank called to say they have had to cancel bank card due to them taking money. They confirmed it's fraud. Stay away and report immediately

Didn’t like the fact that my account was debited even though I never approved it. Also not stating clearly that it’s a recurring debit order for different amounts at any time. My account was debited twice in one week !
