Scam. Be very aware with this company. It appears you're getting the best rate, however they will rob you. In my situation; I received an email saying that the airline cancelled my return flight, I was not offered alternate flight options and had to cancel the flight. I received an email from Mytrip saying that it will take 10-15 business days to process the refund. It has now been 6 weeks and the customer agents I have spoken with have offered zero help. They refused to connect me with a supervisor - nothing has been done and I have not been offered any timeline as to when my refund will come. My trip owes me approx $300.00 and it's become obvious they do not, nor ever did anticipate refunding me what I am owed. I have contacted my credit card company and the airline's refund department directly to look into the matter and there is no trace of any refund request. Mytrip has been lying the whole time. Do not fall prey to this company. Their locations are also suspicious. I hope anyone reading this will be deterred from booking through them. It is certainly not worth it.

För att förtydliga min recension, köpte biljetter 2022 i maj till Los Angeles tr med bagage, när jag får bijetten på min mail ser jag att dom missat lägga till vårt bagage till LA, ringer Mytrip som "korrigerar detta", får nya biljetter fortfarande inte där, ringer igen de lovar dyrt och heligt att bagage finns i deras system och att det är med. Dom har 5 månader på sig att korrigera detta fel tills att jag reser i October 2022, kommer till flygplatsen och SAS säger att dom inte har info om bagage, fast jag tydligt visar dom mitt kvitto på allt. Får betala 1400kr för extra bagage jag redan betalat för! Hör av mig till Mytrip, de ber mig göra en anmälan på ett formulär som görs av mig. Går månader hör inget, ringer flera ggr de säger att dom jobbar på det. Ringer till slut sur och de ber mig göra en ny anmälan eftersom den gamla inte verkar ha kommit till rätt avdelning bagage claim. Gör en ny, inget händer på månader igen, ringer flera ggr de ber mig ha tålamod och vänta, nu e jag uppe i ca 6-7 månaders väntan. Får äntligen prata med en "ansvarig" som ber mig ha tålamod efter 8 månader och då har jag ringt och tjatat för att prata med någon som har auktoritet. Då får jag ett mail efter där dom säger att jag ska få tillbaka min summa. Nu 10 månader senare ringer jag dom varje dag, ingen vet något, inga pengar har jag fått, en ansvarig ringer efter dagen efter mitt i natten svensk tid när jag sover, missar såklart samtalet. Ringer säkert nu för 50gången MYTRIP och undrar vad dom håller på med då jag fått mail om att dom försökt att nå mig och vill att jag fyller i en ny ansökan om återbetalningen! MYTRIP ÄR DET HÄR ETT SKÄMT??? NI HAR GJORT FEL FRÅN FÖRSTA BÖRJAN OCH JAG FÅR BE OM MINA PENGAR NI STULIT IFRÅN MIG OCH STALAR MIG FÖR ATT INTE BEHÖVA BETALA TILLBAKA. Dom kör klart och tydligt ett uttmattnings spel för att du som kund ska ge upp! Fortfarande inte hört något från avdelningen som har hand om bagage claim, dom har totalt lurat mig på mina pengar trots att jag gjort allt rätt. Det värsta är att jag inte är ensam, detta äckliga bolag har lurat så många fler och kommer att fortsätta göra det så länge man köper biljetter ifrån dom. Jag uppmanar starkt till bojkott, har gjort en ARN anmälan och har spridit överallt på sociala medier om vilket lömskt, oärligt, hemskt och äckligt företag dom är! Gör dig själv en tjänst köp aldrig ifrån dom och inte ifrån SVENSKA RESEGRUPPEN AB som är en samarbetspartner. I have not booked with Mytrip.com. This review is just an analysis of the tricky pricing they offer to get on their site.
I was looking to book a flight to Europe in the spring and the search engine I was using listed them as the cheapest flight. What I found is they could be the cheapest, but for most it may not be cheaper than booking directly with the airline which is safer if there is a problem. Reading some of the customer service reviews here certainly might make me reconsider using them to save a couple bucks. The advertised price was about $20 cheaper for 2 persons, but here are the tricks to get your money.
Booking a checked bag was $96 more pp for both legs of the flight, so if you have 2 persons it would be $192 more. They listed the weight of carry on and checked bags as lighter than the actual airline website, perhaps to encourage you to purchase additional checked bags. Their select a seat pricing was higher on each leg, from $1 more to $29 more. They also try to sell different cancellation, and customer service options which can add to the price. All in all be careful you don't get sucked in with the initial price. The final may be much more.

This is the absolute worst company i ever had to deal with. Absolutely incompetent staff, waiting times on the phone are at least 2.5hs - there's usually 49-69 people in the waiting line and when after 2.5hs you get to someone on the line they are absolutely useless and they can only check for "two dates" and ask you to call again - and spend another 2.5hs of your day - waiting for the queue to go down. I deeply regret purchasing a ticket through them as airlines ask you to go through them for any issues and it is close to impossible to get answers or help from them. Absolutely USELESS and I'm actually surprise this company has not been taken down by regulators.

Under no circumstances book with them.they guarantee tickets and transfers but they do not! If you miss a transfer they pretty much tell you suck it up embrace the suck and pay the hotel and the new tickets. Horrible costumer service with the most incompetente personal ever. They definitely take proud of just taking money for people and just say “ we can not do anything” they just taking your money. please never book with them

Considering that I Googled Trustpilot to actively write a review. I rarely give reviews, only for the exceptionally good ones and unbelievably bad ones — MyTrip falls into the second case.
My flight was booked via MyTrip, which months before take off got cancelled by the airline. The airline said they couldn't do anything because it's booked via an agency i.e. MyTrip. So I called Mytrip a million times, sent emails a thousand times, always given the same answer: there's nothing we can do, please wait until the airline agrees to process your case. I called the airline to confirm if they have submitted a case for me, the airline replied no, nothing, nada. Came back to ask for proof, no respond. In the end, I asked a lawyer to intervene and got a full refund within 3 days — after 1 year and several months since the day the flight was cancelled, ticket value ca. €800.

Scammed me and my wife for over 1000 euros, im a confident PC user, they changed the name of my booking so they could cancell the ticket and get refund (automatic overwrite unabled to be disgarded), i got 15 euros back in comparison to the 1000 pounds i paid, please,. dont help theese people, see /notice how many different mytrip links there is ?=)
